hey guys i have my own ab workout ive been doing for a couple months and its pretty effective so i thought to share it with you guys
elbow plank (1 min)
russian twists (1 min)
leg raises (1 min and hands behind head)
flutter kicks (1 min and hands behind head)
bicycle crunches (hold for 3 sec then switch to other side , 1min)
