Hey dude, I'm not hitting those benchmarks, but my channel is slowly picking up. Started doing shorts and getting some views there as well. I hired a video editor to help me with shorts. I'll start putting more effort into my longer videos.
It takes a lot of practice. I'm still trying get it all down. It's not easy. I have noticed that for average view percentage it's not only about what you include in the videos but what you take out. Once i put all my footage on my timeline it's like 10 minutes of video but by the time I'm done editing it's like 5 minutes. Once i started only leaving what is necessary the average view percentage started going up.
I love your content and set up! What lens are you using, because I’m tired of buying and send them back because their not doing it for my talking head RUclips videos 😩 no photograph just RUclips videos

In small countries like where I live (Suriname) a lot of these things don't work.
There are a lot of country restrictions, so your advice might be excellent, but they don't apply to everyone in the world.

You have to get a VPN
You know what's crazy? They just passed some laws here in Turkey that makes it almost pretty much impossible to receive packages from over seas if the value is over $150. The customs kept about $2000 worth of my shipments. So now I am having the shipments sent to my friend in the UK and he will bring them for me since he frequently flies here. It set's me back in terms of time and unnecessary cost but where there is a will there is a way. The way I look at it is if I can get the views and subs high enough then there will more than likely be multiple ways to monetize. The harder part is getting the momentum going on the channel and gaining a loyal audience.
