I like your real and down-to-earth vlogs on UCSB. My son is debating which college to accept, UCSD, UCSB or UCD. Most vlogs on UCSB revolve around partying.. He is a brainy book worm.

How is it that the campus looks exactly the same as when I left it 34 years ago? I used to eat at DLG, Ortega, and Carillos. Carillos was the best 34 years ago as well. The other one you mentioned doesn't ring a bell for me. Thanks for the vlog and the trip down memory lane. They didn't have a Korean class when I was there (not that I needed it), but it's nice that they have it now. btw, Chem building looks exactly the same. I think I see San Miguel from your dorm. Does that mean you live in San Nic?

Hi, awesome video. I’m starting my freshman year this fall and I’ve been wondering if I should get an iPad or Mac? I’m majoring in science too!
I have used my ipad for drawing and taking notes to save paper. And i use my Mac to type essays and reports. Hope that helps!

Hi, I just got accepted to UCSB, and I am so excited to attend UCSB! I was wondering if is it possible to change my major easily from bio to chemistry.
Also, do you think maintaining high GPA as a biology major is challenging for you? My goal is to maintain above 3.7.
Congrats!! You’ll love your experience!! I know I did.
It’ll be doable to switch from bio to chem because they’re both in the college of science. Also i believe if you put your mind to a high gpa then itll be attainable :)
