Revlon is a pretty upscale brand in Brazil (and somewhat hard to find)... so I remember when I was around 15, some 10 years ago, I had a cousin who was addicted to nail products bought an AMAZING Revlon polish called Cherries in the Snow... it was the most amazing pink I'd ever seen!
omg i have that same color, it's so pretty!! i also have the lipstick of it too, apparently it's been sold since the 1940s, in fact, i have a great-aunt who also has it!
Random hyper focus moment here but, wow, they didn't remove the yellow tabs? I worked for Walmart for several years and, at least in the store I worked in, we would take those off and reuse them.
@gabrielladavidson2938 hahaha yeah, that was my other thought. They are pretty cheap, lot of the time people trying to force them off ruins the cylinder inside that "locks" them on, or they just wouldn't work, as in lots of duds.
"they all have security" same my areas stores literally don't care about those tags at all. they scan the item and if you get an alarm they just wave you on and call it fine. if they have them on at all.
Isn’t it supposed to take those tags off when you check out? That would be very expensive for the store I would think to keep having to buy new ones instead of reusing them??
@@rileyfoister3217...no? removing the tag doesn't deactivate it, and stores reuse them. Sometimes, especially if you go to a self checkout, the tags get missed
They had a lip stain ages ago that I really liked, I think it had Bitten in the name and pretty sure Jessica Biel was in the ads for it. That’s the only product they ever made that I wanted to repurchase, but of course they discontinued it.
@@SunnySeaMonster Part of me is thinking I'm a huge part of what's keeping Revlon afloat from buying many of their lip products and perfumes. Elizabeth Arden and Liz Claiborne are Revlon brands too
After watching the full video, now i’m even more puzzled as to why they have antitheft protection on their products. Like girl… what is there to covet?
The trial: jacking all that Revlon undetected The tribulation: creating a drag look around the dye packs that explode in your face cracking open the security tags
I used BURGUNDY...it 2as vwry dark...and it matched my very vibrant burgundy hair dye in highschool in 1993....talk about outcast..char wv wasn't cool about at at all.THENNNN ...I instead of going to the salon I decided to use a manic panic purple Haze and the frat boys let me tell you they were relentlessly horrific to me this city no one was really into creative color and the only thing we had was manic panic or go to the salon and they weren't doing like rainbow hair and s*** like that in the 90s I didn't care I rocked my doc martens and my little baby doll dresses and my f******my corduroy pants and flannels that I got from Goodwill and look cute as s*** and I could care less because now it's super trendy and no one has any idea how hard it was to to be that different back then like how much hate you got just standing in the Taco Bell line it was either go to the salon and they weren't doing rainbow hair like I said or manic panic hair dye that was it new splat none of that s*** but the burgundy and there was another one Revlon that I like it was sandalwood maybe I think it was called it was pretty too
I have too many Revlon lipstick 💄 I prefer my house labs atomic shake and my Carolina Herrera lipstick 💋 💄 . Then I have my Ben Nye and RCMA. I rarely buy drug store anymore.
Can drug store makeup do drag? That’s a stupid question. Do you think there wasn’t drag before MAC (1984) or Sephora (1969)? Pretentious queens certainly do bug me. 😂
I really thought she was gonna say “Revlon makes America’s #1 meal kit”.
I love your strawberry shortcake ice cream bar shirt
It's camp and cool

That was my favorite color! Thank you for unlocking that memory🎉❤
That's a great color.

Plot twist: he stole them

Drug store realness! ❤

Once they rake the tag off it deactivats the alarm so they just keep them on now and most places the alarms are fake to scare 😅

I’ve never encountered a Revlon product that worked for me.
only one that i ever liked was a mascara that they eventually discontinued lol
@@alijoc of course! That’s my experience with Rimmel too!

Their "Certainly Red" lipstick is one of the best reds on me, and my collection of lipsticks is embarrassingly extensive.

The pink background so terrify.
I love all your looks always thank you I need the help I wished I was there ❤
Revlaaawn.
During my high school goth makeup days I used this Revlon blackest black eyeshadow that is still unparalleled to this day. RIP 😞
I absolutely love their liquid eyeliner

Okay but I NEED that shirt
I love the lipsticks
Hahaha Revlon shadows slap!!! When I first started using makeup I noticed my mom used Revlon n the colours n formula were great!
I don't think this is said enough, but Trixie looks adorable outside of drag. Idgaf what you bitches say. She cute.

Neeeeeed that shirt!!
Ma’am…Trixie…Ma’am! Where is the black gel liner??? I’m tryna spend and you playin! Tighten up!
I wanna see the drug store make up make over! Or the revlon make up make over!! Heehee! Love Trixie!!! ❤️ 😊 (maybe it's on here already lol)
Not the security tag
WHOA I haven’t seen her out of drag in a minute
Honey, theres a reason why we've barely used revlon... Sorry. Just sayin... They got a product or 2 that's alright, but...
why did they leave the security tags on?
I’ve been watching drag videos since I was like 13 so do with that what you will
Okay what did you do in the early eighties what makeup did you use in drag in the early eighties then... If it wasn't drugstore I'm just curious
New idea “Can you do drag with makeup that’s so cheap they don’t have theft deterrent”

I always forget what trixie looks like without makeup, now his voice doesn't fit his bare face
Can somebody open a drag store?
I have too many Revlon lipstick 💄 I prefer my house labs atomic shake and my Carolina Herrera lipstick 💋 💄 . Then I have my Ben Nye and RCMA. I rarely buy drug store anymore.
Revlon is apparently bankrupt~
They did but they did not close. Their type of bankruptcy is the one that allows you to stay open, many major companies do that.
Those irritated eyebrows
You are aging HARD gorl
Trixie really is aging at the speed of white
Damn you looked better with some weight on you lol.
