I just bought my first neutral palette (Blend Bunny Dollhouse palette), and the first look I did with it was 95% clown. A huge, smoked out, dark, mauvey/berry halo eye.
It's the first neutral palette that has interested me in the slightest. It actually goes from pretty light to deep deep darkened shades, in each of the different tones. Love. It.
Got the Primal palette, too. I have all 4 of their palettes, now. 🤦🏻♀️ Love their mattes (except for the whites and blacks, they're def not the best in my collection, at all).
The Blends and now Dollhouse are my favs. 👍🏻

My theory about unboxing videos is that it's impossible for anyone to buy and try everything, but we're always curious about new products. Unboxing and test videos allow us (me) to vicariously experience it in a fun way

I had to look this up. In 1993 the name changed from “Cup O’Noodles” to “Cup Noodles.” So Trixie’s “cup a noodles” is just showing her childhood history with the product.
That timelines a little off I think. Trixie’s around the same age as me, and I would have been 3 in 1993 haha

You should find someone to have on who understands the psychology of cosmetics marketing. So many of these PR kits seem to tie in to either food or nostalgia and are packaged as such. I don't even care about cosmetics but when I see some of these kits and how well they are done, I want to own them too.

I’m so happy to see Trixie get so excited about different brands than what the beauty community has been gagging over for like a decade. Those of us who really love makeup are into trying everything…not just whatever is the new push. These videos get me excited to play in my collection.

I first heard about Hipdot because of their collab with Meatball. But then I never followed up on them until the Addams Family collab. That was the first product from them I purchased and it’s legit my favorite eyeshadow palette.

I didn’t get an iPod or any kind of MP3 player until I was in my early teens (around 2013 if I remember correctly), so I know full & well the life & struggles of carrying a CD player around if you wanted to listen to music. I still love having CDs bc it took me so long to get on with digital.
I love watching these videos because I love opening mail - it feels like opening a present - but I don't have the funds to order things too often so I very rarely get to open packages lol
