Dude amazing videos. Part 1 and part 2 extremely great information. You are the man, and a great teacher. Wish you had a shop in Florida. I do all my own repairs on my 2001 2500 because I’ve had no luck trusting anybody here. I am not a mechanic, I’m a machinist so I don’t work on vehicles all the time so thank you for the great videos. 👍 subscribed and liked. 🤘
First thing I'm going to do is get this piece of spring in shrink wrap and make me couple of those little pinion search put in the why are there that's awesome thank you and your advice you was spot-on I believe I'll be able to find my problem now
Awesome set of videos. What does it mean if the waveform is the same after disconnecting the harness from the module? I still get the bad bump whether the harness is connected or disconnected. My abs and brake light are on. Still getting speedometer from rear sensor. So i think rear sensor is good.
@israelcontreras5332 if the waveform is still not looking good after disconnecting the module, the problem is in the network, start disconnecting other modules on the network!
I'm curious as to how you became so knowledgeable of the can bus system, I'd really like to start diving into it more and have a better understanding. Any tips on where I should begin? Greatly appreciated!
Zack Smith Thank you!! I took some training classes, and I watched a lot of Scannerdanner videos and I also got his book, so I recommend you watch my videos and scannerdanner videos, get his book and also check out some books at the AESWAVE.COM Website they have great books too
I have been loocking for a good youtube video regarding .abs sistem on my 99 dodge ram . and yours is awsome . I have not seen any body doing susch good explanation , thanks a lot , you have a new suscriber , by the way if it is posible can you tel me if it is possible to check the abs sensors on a 1999 dodge ram 3500 ,24V cummins with a multimeter ,I have try but it does'nt read any resistance ,again thanks a lot keep going you do great.
Michell Sosa My Pleasure!! yes you can check the abs sensors with a multimeter, set the meter on the AC volt scale then connect both meter leads to the sensor wires and then spin the tire, while the tire is spinning the sensor should produce a voltage!!
Hi my friend have the same problem with my 98 dodge ram 2500 V10 the ABS module part#5013902AA is not available can you help me try to find one or where can I go thanks for everything
This is the Kelsey-Hayes EBC 325 ABS. If you have two upside down solenoids on top (looks like two carburetor bowls) then you have Kelsey-Hayes EBC 2 ABS.
Well I have ABS light on. But my scanner doesn't show a code. So there could be a problem with communication. I can't afford a scanner is nice as yours so I don't have a wiring diagram. And I can't afford the dealer. I guess I'm going to have to live with it!
Hi i have a 97 dodge ram 2500 turbo disel 5.9 cummins my problem is that my RPM needle keeps bouncing alot and my turbo doesn't kick in when i reach 40 mph and i kind losses power at that speed any ideas.
Luna 40 check the vacuum lines that goes to the turbo actuator , make sure they are connected, also check the actuator to make sure it's not stuck!! Good Luck
