It only connects when the tablet is fully done turning on, therefore not being able to flash the CP successfully. How do I counter this?

Setup odin 3.12 or higher for latest devices. Reboot in recovery then boot into bootloader and connect with computer. Then select files and start.

No this method work only for foodpanda tablet SM-T295 sotimobicontrol is hard to unlock mdm.
