Don't pry fastener out as shown, use a short phillips head screwdriver to remove. Also, after releasing clips on bottom of plastic cover, pull it down to remove (it says "DOWN" on part).
You guys making theses videos about cabin air filter need to tell us if this is for a sedan or a coupe. I have a 2014 Cadillac CTS Coupe 3.6l and the filter is in the engine compartment on the passenger side.
