From Keith Jones Christian drummer from Barnstaple now retired to Bude. So sorry to hear that Jon has passed on, there will be no more pain and no more tears. We remember in our thoughts and prayers, Barbara, Anna and Marcus and all the musicians he worked with over the years. In the drumming world he will be sadly missed. Till we all meet up again one day. (K.J.) Psalm 23.
Thank You so much for posting these clips. Jon Hiseman is a hero of mine since I was a kid. All of these guys are class acts a great musicians. Both Clem & Mark's vocals so incredible too.

Clem's playing on this reminds me of his playing with Bakerloo 50 years ago - great use of the wah pedal, reminiscent of both Clapton and Hendrix, but with all of Clem's class.
Bakerloo is a masterpiece. Apart from the seminal album ,and the CD extras , they recorded a couple of BBC sessions with John Peel Top Gear 20/10/68 and 16/2/69 Brilliant playing
@@grahambell5340 I saw Bakerloo live several times including as part of Big Bear Folies at the Marquee, and included a jam session that included Clem and Tony Iommi, Bill Ward, maybe, and various other musicians who were part of Big Bear's roster. They were impressive.
@@michaelketley876 As you like this kind of music ,you will probably enjoy the other classic power trios from that period, like Ginhouse, T2 ,Clear Blue Sky ,May Blitz, Andromeda, Three Man Army and ,pared down to two, the masters themselves, Tractor
@@michaelketley876 Who could forget Trapeze Live at the Boat Club? ,or Bullet/Hard Stuff, Freedom, Chicken Shack [Imagination Lady},The Pink Fairies, let alone westwards to Rory and Johnny . Make sure you dig out those Tractor/The Way We Live LPs. One band that fails to fit into this category, or any other, is High Tide .What you might make of them ,I can`t imagine. To me, they are geniuses.,
Danke dafür das mich deine/eure Musik durch so viele traurige Momente durchgetragen hat.
R.I.P John einer der besten drummer auf Erden.

I miss our morning chats Jon
Unfortunately, Jon was visibly suffering, he had only 2 months left to live. 😪
