@@RyanIngram I spent a decade in the "mortgage industry". Based on relationships I can market to homeowners that were denied a loan mod and are at 70% LTV or less.
That’s pretty solid. Good work on building the connections and seizing opportunities. That sounds like a solid model. What markets are you able to do this in?

Learn where people that would lend to you spend their time, figure out a way to add value to their lives, and become the kind of person they want to lend money to.
All the while, continue to educate yourself on the market you want to get into, and develop a business plan that you’re so confident it will make money…it would be an easy pitch to the people you’re about to ask to lend you money…
I'm trying to go from 0 to buying a f type - svr in less than a year. No money, no credit history, mid 30's. is 0 experience buying and selling houses going to make that possible?

How about I show up to a auction in person, then see who buys the property I want and then ask them if I can purchase off of them for a quick 10k profit?
