Hi, my name is Justin andrew pendleton I was wanting to pick your brain on the subject of getting into real estate for the first time with a duplex. I’m currently in the military, and I will not be able to get a loan that covers a duplex. Is there a way to get a loan for such a piece of property based off the ability of the property to produce income?
Justin you can use asset based lenders like Kiavi, Lima One Financial, Dominion Financial, Lending One and others

Great video! One thing you didn’t talk about was the premiums or auctions fees.
There is a 5% buyers premium on a lot of properties but there are no buyers premiums on HUDCWCOT programs
Correct some properties have zero buyers premium or 5% of purchase (min $1,000 or $2,500 fee)
