Great video, Jamel! You've given a clear plan for folks interested in buying homes at auctions. Your focus on researching the area and checking similar sales is really helpful. I like how you make it easy to estimate repair costs based on the size of the place.
I don’t understand how anyone starting out could even approach this. The amount of sharks waiting for these auctions has to be insane. This is for advanced buyers I assume? Great info btw!
Really appreciate your videos man thank you so much! I watched dozens of different people on RUclips and no one explains it better than you. I don’t even bother with the other videos anymore.
Wow, congratulations my brother, God bless you always, thanks for sharing this valuable information with us, I’ve been watching different channels and none of them were as helpful and clear with real estate knowledge as you do,
How do you go about the auction process? Do you pay up front and then make your money with wholesaling? Or can you do the wholesale process with auction properties?
One of the best and most simple breakdowns online! My only question is do you pay title to check the liens before you bid? Or do you gamble and just bid? Or do you have another method to check the potential liens against the property?
Great video! Please post other video walking us through the process. Also, I thought you needed all the money upfront. So you have time to get a hard money loan?
Great Video, I am brand new to real estate investing and I have been doing a lot of research and learning. I am starting to look into purchasing my first property. I have a quick question if you are able to answer, if there was a piece of land I was interested in and there is already a shell building for a cabin, but nothing else has been done to it, what kind of loan would I need for this type of property?
Hey oroxlaw1493 I think what you’re talking about is the upset bid period. Sometimes the seller will allow a few days after the foreclosure sale closed, for someone else to come in with a higher bid. Hope this helps you
Hey Jamel, great video as usual. On your general estimate per sqft. Do you have ranges that you use for light, medium, heavy? Like 12, 30, 45? Or something like that?

He stated that there's a 30-45 day closing so assuming that'll be enough time to find a hard money lender?

Thanks for the video. My question is: what's the difference between properties in "active foreclosure"status and "upset period"?

Some people say 75% Mao dies that matter per area? I’m suburbs outside of Philly. Do you have to pay to set up an account on auction website?
