The first people to give ‘advice’ are the ones not doing it. And they’re usually not encouraging. I am trying to learn as much as possible. I’m a single mom and I really want to get into flipping. But I don’t know anyone that’s really in it, especially my age. But I’m trying to find my circle.
To successfully flip a small house, research the neighborhood market, buy an undervalued property with cosmetic issues only, create a renovation budget and timeline, make repairs andUpdates to increase value, list the house with an experienced realtor at an attractive price, and market through multiple platforms to find buyers quickly.

@@kingretro9105most successful real estate investors don’t ever use their own money, they leverage other people’s money. You can find fix and flip loans and use those
Hardest part instead of doing the work obviously is finding the deal in this market… good luck!

Very good video.. giving a quick assessment of a property...However never wear shorts into these properties...Sometimes Bad stuff in floors and walls....

I had the same thought. But the author had said in previous videos that he likes to upgrade right off the bat to prevent maintenance down the line.

How do I get in touch with you to purchase my first home?
Question 🤚 using the hard money strategy don't you still have to come out of pocket and put your own money down? I saw where hard money lenders were only doing 70-75 percent loan to value. I found some that will finance 100 percent of the deals. But it seems like you need to have a track record to work with those lenders before they give you anything. Which is only fair. And What's up with the mentor program?
Partner up with someone who has the money to put down and you bring the deal.
