I thought I couldn’t be more gob smacked watching you build that beautiful cabinet out of pallet wood and then you blew me away by making your own hinges which I thought was the ultimate and then you top it off by hand painting the gold pinstripes and then went stratospheric with those gorgeous handles. Damn fine job Sir.

His workshop is the heaven afterlife for old wood. He calls out to the wood: " ....... and you shall rise again as my Masterpiece....!" with a hollow laugh that runs into the night. Oh, and there is a clap of thunder also. Ka- paaaaah! " ha - ha - ha ....!"

You have taught me a valuable lesson with these videos and I will be forever thankful. I have discovered that it isn't skill that I lack, or special tools. It isn't ideas or desire either. It is nothing more than patience. I had found myself not willing to pull the nails, wait for the glue, all the hand sanding, etc that you patiently demonstrate every time with every build. It is such an encouragement, and I am trying to apply it to other areas as well. Your work is beautiful, and so is the message of patient consistent work until it is finished. Thanks so much!!

The cabinet started just like so many others from contributors on RUclips but then with the hand painted lining it turned into a work of art.. The handles are a joy, so simple yet such exquisite lines from that simplicity. If it were mine I think I would spend more time looking at it, than actually using it.
