May i know any substitutes for ammonia bicarbonate? How about sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)? There's always a layer of flour over the cake. Leaving a white ring round your mouth! I remember this distinct effect. It was v fun looking at others n yourself with white powder round the mouth! Thank you for sharing 9:20

我也想試試整,臭粉我有,只是買了很多年不知會不會過期,它包裝盒上無寫有效期,中超市有賣,我買時候都吾知點解會買,睇錯以為係第二種粉,所以買番來後一次都無用過,依家派上用場了,反而奶粉我無,順便問下廚娘,無奶粉用鮮奶代替得吾得呢🙏
@@laiyip122 臭粉太耐了,不要用,建議買新的。如沒有奶粉,請以60ml的鮮奶取代55ml清水
如買唔到臭粉,只好用泡打粉取代,即是本總共用1.5茶匙的泡打粉
