    Thank you so much for the tutorial! I wanted to design a blanket but couldn't because Canva didn't go big enough. Now, thanks to you, I can! 😀

    I love your videos. You are unique, creative and have excellent designs and best of all you don’t follow all the other “POD influencers” all doing the same thing then selling a course for $$$$$$.

    Aloha, i have recently found you on youtube where your designs and skills are amazing. So I had to follow & watch a tad bit more. Meanwhile, I thought I should at least share a little insight that may help with this template :)
    I notice their template frames are not adjustable to my preferred proportions. They are frames around a template. If you replace it with Grid instead [which is the actual template], you can size it to fit your exact measurements.
    I hope this helps for future designs. Mahalo for all the tips & tricks :):)

    THANK YOU KELLY!! You are the best!! I LOVE it!! Sorry you had to time extra time to make this video (I hope you upload and get many sales to make it worthwhile.) I am so appreciative for all of the in depth information on this video as well as all of your videos!! I now understand the issues that I was having with size/resolution. One question when you said to save the template in Printful for future customer orders…do I upload the “customers” pictures on my Canva uploads -use my file template there and send over to Printful or on the one in Printful? I assume Canva and upload back to Printful? Maybe I keep the template in Printful, so I can just duplicate the order with all other info I had used prior and it will make the new changes and populate a new customized order for that individual and not disturb the main mock up template design I have in my shop? I’m not sure if any of that made sense 😅 I do have an account with Printful-but I have not used them. If this sales it will be my first “customized” order ever bc I’ve been afraid to do those although I know especially on Etsy “personalization/customization” along with group/family listings are the most profitable listings-im just getting hang of the almost automated listing process, but I know I need to add mostly customization as a new shop if I want to get sales and break through the saturation and rank better-so, I think I am just a tad confused on that area and I don’t want to make a mistake and a customer receives the mock up 😳 Ty so much again!! And I won’t ask for more products (for awhile 😂) however I am open to any other products or just designs you make out of your own mind!! It really helps us be able to create something unique and open up our doors to creativity & broaden our design skills u like taking an image from CF and maybe changing it up a tad and slapping on a shirt! Elements are ok to use like that, but as you always say-we have to be different to stand out, but also give the audience the overall same trend they are wanting. Lastly, again….Thank you!!

    Do you prefer printful over Printify and can i ask the reason!

      @therapydesigns6426  11 месяцев назад +1

      I started with Printful and was happy with it so I stuck with it. Printify is good too and they each offer different products and different prices so it's a good idea to utilize both. I like that I get discounted sample orders with free shipping from Printful.

    I did rewatch the end again and listened carefully and I think I do have to upload the customers info/pics in Canva but when I go to Printful do I need to edit the template so their system can change template with new pictures? If that’s right should it easily be straightforward. If so, would I leave theirs as the template or is there a duplication button that changes the info on the “copy” template like in printify? I did not hear you say to do that so I assume we just make changes to the template as orders come in. So sorry to always be that viewer who asks 15 questions 😳 I apologize to you and hopefully it helps others who are new to the process as well.Ty

      Cut the pixels in half. Design. Then Download and scale to 2.

    Hi. I’m new to POD and was wondering about custom/personalized mockups. When an order comes in for a blanket, does it automatically put the customers photos on it or do i have to put them in every time a new order comes in?? This is the only part that’s confusing to me. If I have to do it all myself, can you make a video on how its done?? Preferably step by step so I don’t get confused on how the process is done. Thank you for your time.❤

    • @therapydesigns6426
      @therapydesigns6426  8 месяцев назад +1

      I put the photos on for each item by uploading their photos onto Canva and them putting them into my template design. I then have to download my new design with their photos and upload it onto my print platform. In this case printful. I would then go to orders and open the order and change the print file for the new design I just made for that customer. It does take a little bit of extra work.

    But the dpi was only 170. How do you save the Canva design at 300 dpi for this size design?

    • @therapydesigns6426
      @therapydesigns6426  6 месяцев назад

      I only double the pixels and the print company prints at 300dpi. You don't have to do anything different.

    Hello! It looks like you removed the background when you downloaded from Canva but when you uploaded onto Printful the background was still there. Which?

    • @therapydesigns6426
      @therapydesigns6426  Год назад

      It doesn't matter as the entire background was filled with the tan texture photo so there was no background to remove.

    Hi. I was wondering how you know what the best quality for the photos that people upload. How do you know if they will print well? Is there anything you can do to fix them with free programs? When do you tell them they need to submit a new photo. TIA

      @therapydesigns6426  11 месяцев назад

      I just let them know the larger and simpler the photo the better it will print. I don't have any hard or fast rules.

    • @therapydesigns6426
      @therapydesigns6426  5 месяцев назад

      I don't have a video on that yet but if you don't already make sure you have a social media account for your shop. Add cards to your orders with your shop info, a coupon code, and a request for review. You can also pay for Etsy Adds which can get your individual products in front of people. Eventually you will build a following and get repeat customers.
