- Now is the season to start making panettone. Why don’t try this mini chocolate panettone recipe that’s so easy to make at home. They are soft and fluffy with bits of chocolate all over. If you prefer candied fruits and nuts, you can use them instead. Read more in detailed about these beauties in my post, link below.

Very nice and easy recipe in comparison to other recipes I’ve watched for panettone. No need of second proving, saves time and makes a quick recipe.
This will be my first panettone! Instead of rum, I'm going to soak the fruit in an orange liquer....and add chopped chocolate, of course! Thanks for the inspiration!

I love how they turned out. I want to make the chocolate ones but I also would like to make th ones with raisins with rhum and the ones with candied fruits. Can you teach me how? Thanks.... they will make a fabulous holiday gifts, 3 flavors of panattone in a pretty box.

Hello. I just made your normal panettone and they are now on the table cooling. Will taste test tomorrow. Quick question please... with this mini choco panettone - can i use raisins instead of chocolate chips? Do I need to soak the raisins in rum before adding them? Thank you.
Hi! Yes, use raisins if you want. I’d soak and drain them before adding into the dough. Don’t forget to cool the normal panettone upside down like I showed in the video 😊.
Could one substitute a muffin tin for the moulds? I dont believe I shall find them in my country.

Se mantienen frescos de 3 a 5 días ya que no tienen conservantes. Guárdalos en un recipiente cerrado, fuera de la nevera. Saludos!

Hola, me puedes decir por cuantos gramos de levadura fresca se puede sustituir la seca?
Hola Justin. Si quieres usar levadura fresca, hay que multiplicar por 3. Asi que in este caso, vas a nesecitar 21 gr de levadura fresca.

Can I use cupcakes mould? I can't find pannetone mould here
You’ll need to improvise a bit though since the dough will rise tall. I would say maybe putting baking sheet also to help contain the rising dough when baking.

It'll take more effort but yes you can knead it by hands. Hope it helps.
