DGR, I am the same age and have the same neck issue from the same habits. What has saved my neck is: (1) HANGING - keep a pull-up bar set up nearby (e.g. doorway) and every so often hang from it (but very, very slowly easing into a full hang, letting your muscles very slowly relax as you drop your knees until you are hanging with minimal support from feet on ground)-no need to do a dead hang, as this will actually tense up your muscles, rather keep your feet touching the ground, even slightly. Very lightly tighten your core for bonus stretch in lower back. Hang like this for a few seconds, doesn't have to be long. The more you do it, and with regular frequency, the more your muscles will learn to ease and relax into it and it will become VERY effective. But it takes regular practice before your muscles learn to relax and release. (Personally, I follow this with a sharp shoulder shrug and sharp head tilts to crack my neck for some extra release, but that last bit may not actually be healthy haha). OK, now (2) get a good office chair with a high neck support at the right level so you can lean your neck BACK and fully relax it into the "top" of the chair where the curve of your skull can "sit" perfectly on top of the chair, and at the perfect angle to be able to see everything for your streams/computer work/gaming. My desk chair happens to be perfect for that. Love your streams by the way! I discovered you recently (last month or two) and I've been obsessed. You have saved my sanity and provided exactly what my ADHD needs in the background for my video editing work. I'm a new streamer myself trying to make ends meet but I look forward to being able to support you soon by God's mercy. God bless you bro, you have a good spirit.

Heres your 3rd red star: I'm giving you this one since I couldn't find this one without a guide. 🔴🌟🔴 2:51:06 go straight to where the pipe is and once you spawn in the flooded plexal basement, continue swimminf straight into the wall where the pipe despawned and you'll arrive at Toad Catacombs, where the 3rd red atar is unlocked through 5 secret spots
He should try Mario's expedition. It's a Mariovania where you don't start off with the ability to swim or pick things up. One thing I like is that using the Fire Flower costs 1 coin for each use.
My parents got solar panels. They are proud cheapskates born and raised in the frugal midwest, and they swear by the money saved from their solar panels. Do it! Granted we live in sunny Arizona so the amount of money saved probably differs where you are.
This rom hack has big potential if it can fix that one glaring issue it has with the game just randomly eliminating your progress in certain altered versions of the castle. I feel like most of the gameplay ends up being Dgr finding a certain part and just never getting to see it again bc he has to reset and man it is annoying. Or just save/load state, I won’t judge lol.
