I've had the issue for around 2 months now.... tried everything... clearing cache and USB detector app data. .. cleaning the port with rubbing alcohol..... nothing worked.... until today I forgot my wireless charger at home so I tried this and it worked!!!! This bypass method didn't work for me. I followed the advice which accompanied the error message by pointing the USB charging port in the direction of a turning fan and the error message disappeared in less than 1 minute
Drop my phone in water, the USB port kept going back and forth from turning off due to water detection. Now M m 1:47 y battery is total depleted, and now the USB port will not let me charge. Any ideas how get around this?
@@kishcub so heres the problem. i dropped some vape juice to type c cables and i didnt even notice it. then pligget it to my phone and boom moisture is detected. i was using my phone exact the same way u using rn and now my phone cant even charge percentage is stuck at 15
guys, here's the way! go to settings, look for the item: applications, then you need to click on the three stripes (not those that are on the top side). then you will need to enable the display of system applications. after that you need to find in system applications (USB Settings), click on storage and clear all data. and that's it, congratulations 🧏🏿♂️🤝🏿😎
I cleared my USB settings app cache from the settings>apps>(show system apps enabled)>USBsettings/ here I cleared the cache and shut-down my Galaxy Tab A (2017). then plugged the charging in then pressed the power+volume Down keys then the error vanished!
There's a 100% solution to this problem. After you let d port to dry from moisture please follow this steps. 1. Enter your settings, 2. Click on apps, 3. Click on filter(the three horizontal lines at the beginning of the app list) 4.Under filter and sort, click on show system apps and click ok, 5.Search for Usb settings, 6.Scroll down to storage and click it, 7. Click on clear cache, 8.Restart or reboot ur phone before checking the charging if it worked, mine worked 100%
Why can't you clear the cache? Then try starting your fone in safe mode if you have 1% battery life, try safe mode and charge it, tho it will be slower
@@ayaka8958 if it's newer Samsung andriods, u could still start with 0% and immediately hold d keys to start from safe mode. My phone was 0% too, but started it and immediately held the keys to safe mode as started charging in safemood although slower
If this method does not work, i will advise you to buy a wireless charger. I currently use a wireless charger myself. The reason why wireless charger work is because you are not plugging the charger into the charging port. Hope this helps👍
This only works in several cases... and for most ppl that have this problem.... dont have any % left There is a real bypass for it... even when your phone is dead. 1: put your chrager in, but not completly... you will get a recharge icon... without you will get any % shown. 2: start up your phone (without cable) 3: there is a really short interval ( between 5-7 seconds) if you plug in the charger... it will bypass any moisture detection bugs. You need to play with it ... but there is a sweetspot. You have to do this when your phone is... starting up. Anyway its always before you see the (green android logo) When you hit the right spot... the whole moisture bug dissapears. if you plug in your charger... really slow... you will get a a charge icon... but without the recharge %... But it will give the phone enough juice... to start up a few times
