So, basically their bodies are dissolved. I held my dog when then they put her to sleep. She understood what was happening because I told her, and when we got to the vet, she immediately calmed down and closed her eyes and slept for the first time in three days. She didn't flinch at all when they shaved her little arm or even when they put the needle in. I held her and sang to her the entire time, and I felt her heart jump and slow down to a stop. Once I had her cremains, I no longer saw or sensed her. But, I wasn't handling her loss very well at all. It took about a month - 1/2 until I started looking for a Boxer. With the pandemic, the Boxers were very expensive, and I couldn't find one under two. Finally, I saw an ad for Boxer puppies about 45 minutes away. I went to see them, fell in love, and went back for the little girl I picked out when she was 8 weeks old. Her mother kissed me on the cheek before I took her baby. My puppy had a pink heart on her lips!! It is fading, but still there a little bit. For about a month, I would find my puppy in the living room staring at something and I had to break her view at whatever she was staring at, and I would ask her what she was staring at. She would look back in that direction and wag her tail. I think it was the spirit of my other dog. When I die, her cremains will be buried with me. If this dog is gone too, her cremains with be with me also. The water idea is interesting and I like that it is more environmentally friendly. They tell you directly in the video we watched no less than twice, that the water used in this process is "released back into the ecosystem" (2:24). The reason it isn't eligible for recycling is the high presence of detergents and lipids dissolved in the water which could not be affordably broken down and removed through a treatment plants processes. There is no choice but to release into the sea, that's how this process works. Trying to put it back into the water system would make an awful lot of people sick. So yes, there is absolutely pollution of the waterways through this process. Still on the point of pollution, I'm not sure if you understand this but solids removed from treated water still pollute, they're disposed of the same way all biotrash is. Beautiful. Is there somewhere we could purchase one of your wood urns like the one in this video? They are beautiful and I would love to purchase one for our dogs ashes. We are in the U.S.A
It is liquifying or like using acid to dissolve organic material. But I think they are using alkaline instead. Really more environmentally friendly? Using harsh chemicals and water compared to cremation?..debatable...
For my personal view, water cremation is preferred than fire cremation ! Water cremation is cooling for the loved pet !Fire cremation is burning and painful !Of course burial is the best for your love pet 入土为安 ❤ F Fir
Why do so many speak like the animal could feel the difference between fire and water by then? Burn or dissolved makes no difference to it anymore. And honestly, many of these people don't even treat their human relations this well.
That's not cremation? That's dissolving. Title is misleading. Why would anyone want their pet laying in liquid for 24 hours when you can get the same results in 2 hours by an actual cremation process. Sounds like a scam
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with carbon, carbon dioxide is the best thing plants can get, but water shouldn’t be wasted, it takes a lot of energy to purify water.
Yep , and the liquefied part of is flushed into the waste water pipes sent to a sewage treatment plant and the water is cleaned and then put back into circulation for homes and businesses.
We had to put my Max to sleep on 11/5/2024 and I will never forgive myself for not understanding what this is. They dissolve them in alkaline fluid and flush them down the sink. I have his bones ("ashes") but I hope he will forgive me for treating him like bacon grease. Cremation gets you your whole pets ashes. In most cases aquamation gets your beloved pet flushed down a drain and you get this bones. I am so sorry Max. I didnt know.
Huh?? Why grind the bones?? Chemicals? And pls lor. The animal is going to cross over after it dies. How the body is handled is not going to stop the soul from crossing over…
In a cremation, the bones are also ground up and returned to the family as a powder. People would freak out if they saw grandma's jay bone or a few ribs if they were sent to the family in a box. And showing RESPECT for the animal and their human by presenting the body in a dignified way. I guess you never saw an embalming or autopsy, eh? You see the body after it has been prepped and in on display in the coffin, so what's the big deal? I firmly believe animals should be shown the same respect when they die as humans do.
It's not environmental friendly when the process takes up tons of water and it's probably more expensive which conventional way is still the choice to go based on certain belief.
I WOULD NEVER HAVE CHOSEN THIS FOR MY BOY. GENTLE PET CROSSING NEVER MENTIONED THIS TO ME AND IT WAS A SHOCK. I ALMOST THREW UP WHEN I READ WHAT IT WAS. THIS AD MAKES IT SEEM SO LOVELY. I WOULD RATHER HAVE BURIED MY BOY IN THE YARD HAD I KNOW.

Nowadays for the sake of being called "Innovative" many people are crazy just for the sake of showing off their crazy and costly ideas.
@@jsurfin1 total BS. When you do any recycle process, you need ENERGY. And ENERGY means FIRE, ok.
@@blackrockmountain9906 Ah another keyboard warrior. Not disputing the gist of your comment but you don’t need to attack the messenger. I am just referring to what was said in the video.
@Broski Snowski Tell that to the boss of the Aquamation business. I’m not here to debate something that I don’t profess to have any knowledge of.
That is a beautiful urn sandy was sent back home in
This is beautiful. The facility that provides aquamation doesn't do viewing. I wish they did as I would have loved to bring his sister to say good-bye too.
🙏 The Poodle must have accumulated Good Karma to be loved this much! ... 🙏 May the Poodle be blessed to a Better World & Realm ... 🕯🌼🌿🍖🐩 ... p.s. Utilizing cleaner fuel fire cremation would still be faster & uses less resources like water or land ...
Beautiful. Is there somewhere we could purchase one of your wood urns like the one in this video? They are beautiful and I would love to purchase one for our dogs ashes. We are in the U.S.A
Can this be done for human?
yes, he said that at the end of the clip
It is liquifying or like using acid to dissolve organic material. But I think they are using alkaline instead. Really more environmentally friendly? Using harsh chemicals and water compared to cremation?..debatable...
For my personal view, water cremation is preferred than fire cremation !
Water cremation is cooling for the loved pet !Fire cremation is burning and painful !Of course burial is the best for your love pet 入土为安 ❤
F
Fir
so in other words its ok to drown but its not to be burnt
Why do so many speak like the animal could feel the difference between fire and water by then? Burn or dissolved makes no difference to it anymore. And honestly, many of these people don't even treat their human relations this well.
Always sad losing a pet.
Basically you gonna melt the carcass and leave the bones for crushing… hmmm
Kinda like dipped in sulphuric acid then use a grinder
I guess the 'alkaline water' is caustic soda? (I have no idea)... 😊
Does anyone know the cost for this service?
It is happening for people in quite a few states.
When I die I want to be aqua cremated
How much is dog cremation
Miss my fur buddy Pomeranian .
You know we can call that Boiling and strip all the meat
Fly to heaven, sweet girl.
What if I just wanted the bones in a glass case?
That's not cremation? That's dissolving. Title is misleading. Why would anyone want their pet laying in liquid for 24 hours when you can get the same results in 2 hours by an actual cremation process. Sounds like a scam
Also the fact that you’re pet is then pretty much just getting washed away is a little disturbing imo…
Very good
What is the carbon footprint to generate and treat 800litre of water….
Good point. This people are just crazy for the sake of showing off crazy ideas.
Asking the right questions.
2:12 "...use 90% less energy, 1/10 of the carbon footprint..."
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with carbon, carbon dioxide is the best thing plants can get, but water shouldn’t be wasted, it takes a lot of energy to purify water.
@@shiq-pp2ps carbon footprint is nonsense.
But cats seriously hate water. Not sure if I'll go with this if my kitty dies.
Any way to get this company contact?
So only the bones will only be remain?
Yep , and the liquefied part of is flushed into the waste water pipes sent to a sewage treatment plant and the water is cleaned and then put back into circulation for homes and businesses.
Is this less expensive than cremation or comparable?
Hell No!!!
Look at all the water that is used and all the gunk from all the blood etc, were does it go, down the drain? Not so good
Magkano ang crimetion?
That's why I don't have pets coz their life span is short..and you'll be pierced in your heart.
Bottom line.......budget friendly?
800L of water and eco friendly, right.....
WOW 😮😌♥️
We had to put my Max to sleep on 11/5/2024 and I will never forgive myself for not understanding what this is. They dissolve them in alkaline fluid and flush them down the sink. I have his bones ("ashes") but I hope he will forgive me for treating him like bacon grease. Cremation gets you your whole pets ashes. In most cases aquamation gets your beloved pet flushed down a drain and you get this bones. I am so sorry Max. I didnt know.
Huh?? Why grind the bones?? Chemicals? And pls lor. The animal is going to cross over after it dies. How the body is handled is not going to stop the soul from crossing over…
cross over where?
In a cremation, the bones are also ground up and returned to the family as a powder. People would freak out if they saw grandma's jay bone or a few ribs if they were sent to the family in a box.
And showing RESPECT for the animal and their human by presenting the body in a dignified way. I guess you never saw an embalming or autopsy, eh? You see the body after it has been prepped and in on display in the coffin, so what's the big deal? I firmly believe animals should be shown the same respect when they die as humans do.
Cremated by water, water waste. Furnace cremation is the cleanest
Cleanest? Hello, you can smell burning all the way from Indonesia at times, where do you think these burnings end up? In our lungs 🤦🏻♂️
So you enjoy the haze caused by Indonesia?
So sad 😢
🖤🖤🖤🖤
800liters of water in water scarce Singapore and it environmental friendly?
Never heard of Aquamation
800 liters of water is a lot.
Isn’t alkaline toxic
at first i thought the pet is gonna get jet sprayed into a mush and sun dried till its ashes is left 😅
omg 😂😂😂
It's not environmental friendly when the process takes up tons of water and it's probably more expensive which conventional way is still the choice to go based on certain belief.
They treated the water and use again.
Rip 🙏 🪦 😢😢😢
So sad😢😢😢😢😢😢
Future human cremation
Soylent Green! Watch the movie!
The word Cremate is reserved for fire only. Why suka suka change the definition.
