Glasses come from another country. Takes a long time to come which was fine... If they come and prescription is right, you could be okay... I ordered 2 pair, one was great the other had wrong prescription. Only way to handle issue is by email and they only answer once same time per day with a lot of copy and paste (language barrier) different country obviously. With the wrong prescription they said they don't send prepaid return label. They said we can send you correct lenses and customer can pop it in with RUclips tutorial. What if I break the frame? No go.. The only other option was for me to pay for return cost and mail to a residence in Rancho Cucamonga CA..... That wasn't happening either... Disputing the cost on the one pair to my credit card.... Didn't know all this when I ordered.. Seemed like all the discount glasses companies online and there are some good ones--not this one...... Beware.....
I am so sorry that that was your experience. I have had several pairs of glasses with lots of online companies, both that i purchased and that were sent to me, and I've never had an issue with my prescription at all. I am so sorry you had an unfavorable experience with them. Thank you for sharing. I definitely understand where you're coming from.
