The Doctor ventures into the cube-based universe that is Minecraft. What wonders will he encounter? What dangers? Follow the Time Lord through space, time and graphics from 1978 to find out.
(Spoilers, maybe?)
Well, this was quite a little adventure in itself. Lots of animating, lots of rendering, lots of editing and a lot of music (thanks Allan!). Lots of re-rendering too, as this was the first time I changed my AO settings to Raytrace instead of Approximate and it caused quite a bit of confusion in overlapping upper arms and forearms. Bit of a challenge, some none humanoids that aren't pigs, that VFX heavy recreated scene (all done in Blender before you ask), work place of 32 degrees Celsius. All in all, fun project, good video, please love it. Thank you.

Hate to say it but a little bit cringe
Just watching him mouth the words "I don't want to go" hurt just as much as hearing him actually say them! Bravo, you put some great work into this! It was very reminiscent of The 10th Doctor's final episode, but i think that worked out great, and you still made your own story out of it, and don't even get me started on the animation! Wow! I don't watch a lot of Minecraft animations, but this one was great!
That moment when you realize the 9th doctor said that if you want the ladies use speak French, then you realize that Allonz-y means lets go....then your heart breaks when you find out that his last words were, " I don't wanna go..."

This is incredible! It represents everything that Doctor Who has, the action, the adventure, and even the feels! plus the music really set it off. Amazing work! :D
I had a big smile on my face throughout the entire video. This was wonderful. Not only the story, but especially the animation! The shadows and lighting all looked realistic, and everything gave me a very pleasant surprise. Well done!

amazing how you managed to make a story with no dialog and it's also incredibly on par in the reused parts like the regeneration scene, you even got the sort of loop shaped support beam breaking and falling to the floor

you have to be proud of something this big!!! most of the time when i see an animation longer than 5 minutes i think whoever made it didn't try but there was 1000000% effort in the whole video everybody who said anything bad about this don't how hard animating is, amazing work!!

Personally, this was an amazing episode for all Doctor who fans alike. With our favourite Doctor, David Tennant, well, my favourite Doctor. And I think we can agree, that most of us felt really sad when the Doctor said; "I don't want to go." (Both in the animation and the real series, nice touch on that) but laughed when the 11th (Matt Smith) found out he was not ginger. Very nice animation. Now, I've got a problem to deal with. Well, 4 problems. Well, 4 problems and a lizard. ALLONS-Y!

Yes, the doctor looks at right hand then to left, looks at camera takes deep breath, explodes, fire, view of Tardis windows shatter, back inside explodes pillar falls over yes definitely a Whovian. 😂
