Dear Jenn, it is so lovely to hear your friendly voice this way 🙏 I had a question… what if we are already way too aware/oversensitive of every single conflict in mind and at the end we don’t know what to act on to? I’m going through an anxiety that puts me in a freeze mode when it comes to making even simple decisions because I don’t know on which thought to base on my decisions and at the end can’t own or shape my reality..
Hello @yaratim, this is a really good question. You must drop down from your mind and into your heart space. You are too much in your mind, focusing on the thoughts. Drop into your heart and clear out anxiety so you can find clarity. I highly suggest you use my 40-minute guided somatic emotional release recording to walk you through it. As I'm guiding you, I will have you say simple sentences that match what you're feeling right then, as you listen. My suggestion is to start by using simple sentences such as, "I don't know what to do" "I'm confused" "I'm so anxious" "I can't hear my heart" "I'm lost"-- find the one that feels right to you in the moment. And then let me know how it goes! Xo
