Sonny,I know whats showed here is just the tip of the tip of the iceberg in training.Great use of kettle and standing ball for balance and movements to target all the right moves one might need when the situation arises.5 by 5!
@mrfrosty8172 You don't need to be thin to train in Systema. You just need to be in tune with your core strength and balance. A student of any size will struggle w/out those 2 easebtials. It is most important to focus on building up internal structure more than any external focus like building huge muscles & losing weight. Your smart though, losing flab will help you assimilate easier when you do train in proper Systema.
