Wait a second here. He shoots her with a "deadly weapon" and all he gets is aggravated assault? The SOB would still be alive if the justice system would have put him in jail for attempted murder.
I felt bad for James before I heard what he did to Tonya back in 2023. Why was he only charged with and not convicted in that case? It was obviously a case of "attempted unaliving." If I was a juror on this latest case, there would definitely be a mistrial or a "not guilty" verdict for Tonya.
If he was acting in self defense when he shot her could change the entire profile of this case. Explains why he probably wasn’t in prison for shooting her??
Her behaviour is not that of someone abused. Even with him having allegedly shot her. Since it did not go to trial, no one knows whrther what he did was in self defense due to her violence. Just her call proved to me she is a violent person.
When did she shoot him? She is going to have a difficult time with a heat of passion defense when she was laying in wait for him. She must have also known the courthouse didn’t have video and wasn’t anticipating HER attorney and walking out behind him. They were even separated during their hearings and they gave her time and space to leave SAFELY! She gave herself a prison sentence. She is not very bright!
Why shoot him after divorce is final? The relationship is over at this point. He was drunk when he did what he did, possibly while in the heat of an argument. Taking a gun to the courthouse and being sober seems more planned than what he did to her.
Any woman on that jury will see her ex as the monster he was, they also will view the LAWYER as scum and the court as embarrassing and one sided with a domestic violence man getting away scott free

That was ridiculous. Her domestic abuse doesnt justify killing them.. they just divorced. And finalized the divorce. She was rid of him.... she chose to kill him after they got a divorce finalized. Its murder.
You dont decide to be judge jury and executioner and get away with it..
Thank you. It's crazy the hoops will people will jump through to justify their side, while going off of a one sided story, meanwhile ignoring that the side they are arguing for has an actual proven form of DV. Idk whether the dude was guilty or not, but she was divorced. She had no excuse.
yup exactly
Yes, because a piece of paper saves you from DV. I guess no one has ever been killed by an ex, right? Come on! The most dangerous time for women is when they leave a DV spouse.
the last name is pronounced “so-share”. tanya is a cousin of my mom and we live in the same town it’s so crazy
Such a pretty last name, Saucier. In Canada we’d pronounce it the French way as it is a French name. ‘So-si-ay’-

@@LetItBeSummer-1 my grandma pronounces it “so-shay”!! so funny
How DO you get shot in the face and have zero scars? Monty Python: "She turned me into a NEWT.....
....I got better"😅
So are you telling me that this lady didn’t have the right to defend herself taking a gun to court? She had no choice but to take a gun and protect herself how do you know her ex-husband didn’t take a gun to court to finish the job? She had to defend herself. He already tried to kill her once.!!
I’ll never understand how two people who clearly hate eachother come together and get married
Wait a second here. He shoots her with a "deadly weapon" and all he gets is aggravated assault? The SOB would still be alive if the justice system would have put him in jail for attempted murder.
Everybody and everything looks bad
So much for the happy wedding pics
Why wasn’t he in jail for attempted murder for shooting her?
why stay with him after first time he hurt her?
This is what happens when you break an oath. Bad things happen to you both.
I felt bad for James before I heard what he did to Tonya back in 2023. Why was he only charged with and not convicted in that case? It was obviously a case of "attempted unaliving." If I was a juror on this latest case, there would definitely be a mistrial or a "not guilty" verdict for Tonya.
Mr Osso looks like he could be your baby brother Jesse 😂❤
If he was acting in self defense when he shot her could change the entire profile of this case. Explains why he probably wasn’t in prison for shooting her??
all these opinions bore me! just tell the story
She couldn't have been too afraid. She should had left when her hearing was over. It seems like premeditated first degree murder to me
Law enforcement should've escorted her out. Because it seems like they knew there had been some bad violence between them already.
Her behaviour is not that of someone abused. Even with him having allegedly shot her. Since it did not go to trial, no one knows whrther what he did was in self defense due to her violence. Just her call proved to me she is a violent person.
What's to talk about, she executed him and for that?. An eye for a eye or life in prison. Case closed
Too soon?😅
When I watched Kill Bill, I thought it was a bit far-fetched that a a woman could get revenge after being shot in the head. Boy is my face red?!?
Holy crap. Why would you let him out on bond????
So freaking what! Lots of people carry a handgun! That’s not proof of premeditated murder!
Why was he not in jail. Just aggravated assault. How could she feel safe, after being shot?
When did she shoot him? She is going to have a difficult time with a heat of passion defense when she was laying in wait for him. She must have also known the courthouse didn’t have video and wasn’t anticipating HER attorney and walking out behind him. They were even separated during their hearings and they gave her time and space to leave SAFELY! She gave herself a prison sentence. She is not very bright!
He would still be alive if he was actually charged for the attempted murder HE committed against her in the first place.
He wasn't charged with attempted murder??? WTF!!!
He shot her. He should be in jail.
There’s no question who the violent one is…
She's innocent
