    I just discovered you last night and watched several of your videos! It is obvious you put a lot of work into them and I loved all of them! I didn't see a video on how to round brush your hair; that would be so helpful! Plus a video on the correct order of products.

    Summer you are the best!! I switched to 3/4” iron and what a difference it makes ❤ I appreciate all you do for us straight fine haired girls who thought having long lasting curls was not an option! You have seriously influenced my hair routine for the better, my hair has never looked so good 😊

    Summer, I am loving your channel! And I have a request for a video. I have long, fine, virgin hair that has lots of baby hairs and becomes SUPER frizzy after curling my hair with a curling or flat iron. On top of that, my hair doesn't hold a curl even when I pin them and use a texture spray (it improves the hold but not by much) 😭 Could you please do a video outlining a routine for us long, fine hair folks on how to achieve volume, reduce/prevent frizz, and have our hair hold curls? I am tryinng to take notes from your other videos and combine them into a routine, but I'm getting a little overwhelmed by all the information 😅

    I adore you, Summer! Thank you so much for helping us fine, thin hair gals. Please, please...how do I find a hair stylist who specializes in thin, fine hair AND styling it?? I've only ever had hairdressers who cut well, but are terrible at styling my hair. They say, "you're so good at it yourself!" Which I feel is a cop out. Most are afraid of products and teasing, which are essential for my hair to maintain any sort of style. I live in Southeastern WI. Anyone that's been recommended to me still fails in the styling department. Help!

    • @SummerBeautyc
      @SummerBeautyc  10 месяцев назад +1

      Hi, thanks for enjoying and supporting the channel! I know what you mean on the styling part as I typically never like how someone else styles my hair! I think a lot of it is that having thin/fine hair we know our hair SO well to get it to look perfect and if someone doesn't have our hair type they often don't get it. I would express to them that you need lots of volume products and to not be afraid to tease!

    Does the Amika The Shield also work to tame static? My hair was fine this morning, then I went out for a walk in cold, dry, breezy conditions and I had many hairs floating off my head after that! As for frizz, "the shield" I have used in the past is to wrap my head in a scarf like Grace Kelly, but that is annoying, outdated, and flattens my hair! The spray sounds great.
    I am just positive that you have a 2nd career as a comedian! Your videos are so fun, on top of being so informative!

    I've been binging your videos all day! lol I have had the hardest time finding a hair stylist that understands my fine hair, these tips are SOOO helpful! One question I have is: do you have a preferred curling iron or flat iron heat setting for fine hair? I never know what temperature to set it to! Also, have you heard of the Sutra flat iron/curler that uses infrared heat? Any thoughts on that? Thanks so much!

    • @SummerBeautyc
      @SummerBeautyc  10 месяцев назад +1

      Awesome!! I have not used their irons, Sutra. If your iron has a digital setting I use anywhere between 300-325. I use a T3 curling iron often and I use the 2nd or 3rd heat setting. There is a huge difference between the two so I tend to keep it at setting 2. The infrared heat I think helps to soften the hair a lot actually. My SRI DryQ when I use it on certain hair types with clients I can tell a major different in the way the hair feels. That's my experience with it and I know everyone is different.

      Thank you so much for the reply! Follow up question... what is your process for dealing with tangled fine hair after washing your hair in the shower? Even with conditioner on the ends, mine is always a tangled mess. I tend to brush it wet but I feel like I lose half of my hair in the process! I'm sure you must have a method to this madness as well? ;) @@SummerBeautyc
