- In today's video we are on another POTA (Parks on the Air) adventure as we head to Park K-8902 in the Pennsylvania State Game Lands 205.

It was a rough end of the week for me as my main office system and the one I edit videos went down due to a flaw in the Samsung 980 Pro SSD. Luckily I utilize a backup solution.
But during the downtime I decided to unwind and do some Parks on the Air and test out one of my new EFHW antennas I built, the QRP Bugout. While it is QRP size and weighs only 1.9 ounce I was operating at 50 watts throughout the activation.

Your initial comment about my audio was very helpful! I have worked out a few things along with getting my mic eq hopefully close to where it had been. Thanks for the activation! Yes it did! Truly amazing what atmospheric ducting can do. I will be activating again at Park K-8866 tomorrow around noon.

I was operating at 50 watts. My TX-500 is at the IS repair shop and hope to get it back to activate QRP
