Cabinet Ministries and ministers are in the Constitution, we just call them Departments and Department Secretaries now. ATF is under Justice. Justice is in the Constitution, under the Executive Branch. You want to get rid of the DoJ too?

      The only way to fo this is to remove the income tax- put in tariffs and a national sales tax - take the ability to change the tax code for the few by making everyone pay the same amount - 9.9% of every purchase- on everything bought at the retail point of sale.

    Having worked in commercial fisheries, $700 a day to have a Government employee on board as an " observer" is money that comes out of the crews pocket. If I was on the crew, that " observer" would have to learn to tread water...in the open ocean.

    ATF AND illegal laws not passed by Congress.
    If the ATF IS trying to inforce something that has not gone through the proper procedures to make it a legal law, then it is not a law and is against the constitution.
    The ATF is breaking the law if they arrest you and take you to jail, kidnapping charges to the ATF OFFICER who takes you in against your will.
    False imprisonment charges to the officer and others who helped lock you up in jai against your will.
    The law works for you, with a good lawyer. Some ATF OFFICIAL'S May be spending time behind bars, and it will be legal.
    Join any 2nd amendment group that will fight for your constitutional rights
    There are politicians who believe in the 2nd Amendment, call or write your representatives, local or in Washington, and let them know how you feel when voting next election.
    There is strength in numbers. The more who know, the more our freedom grows.

    One of the basic principles of law is that when a contract is vague it goes against the person that wrote it.
    Any "grey area" was to be decided in favor of the people , not the Government.
    This was so important to the Founders that it's mentioned several times
    and the 9th and 10th Amendments specifically bar the two most used arguments for getting around it
    The Chevron decision completely turned that around, it gave the Executive Branch the power to use any vague statement to its advantage.
    It's why Federal Agencies have been passing "rules", that nobody voted for, and punishing people for breaking them for the last 40 years.
    It wasn't just the ATF
    The EPA and IRS are actually bigger offenders when it comes to this.

      The 9th Amendment unfortunately gets ignored by even many constitutional scholars as being useless, but it’s anything but. It reinforces the fact that if the government does not explicitly have the privilege to do something as laid out in the Constitution, the people retain any and all rights regarding the matter.

      I think Congress is more pissed than anyone, since they have to actually pass specific laws, not broad ones. Since Congress is now forced to write specifics, they are now accountable to We, The People, and they will be given the boot if they trample on our rights.     Absolutely! All alphabet agencies need to be watched and audited regularly! I don't own a gun and do not want one but, our constitution is not ambivalent if you choose to have that responsibility then that right shall not be infringed upon. I have the same right to choose as anyone. The Government gets around our rights by making everything we do while drinking, smoking, using our guns etc. illegal.
