I’m a student and the first time I noticed my right shoulder popped out was middle school. I sleep on my right side and I walked home w a heavy backpack everyday. Now my left shoulder feels like it’s shifting not the same as my right and I have sharp pains in my right when I’m working at a desk or my arm is extended for a bit. My neck area is also very tight I’m not sure what my issue is..
But what if I’m in group 1 and it doesn’t typically pop? It’s popping with everything I do, can’t even use the steering wheel without popping and this is a new thing? No pain or heat yet.
Was doing push-ups a few years ago and my shoulder popped and it hurt like someone was sticking me with a hot knife where my arm connects to my shoulder, had an ex Ray didn't find anything, I told them I need an MRI, it's been almost 2 years it's still aches pops and crunches, been trying to do push-ups and trying to fight through the pain and popping, probably not a smart thing to do, my whole left side has gotten smaller do to not moving my arm as much, I need to see a Dr!!! Also I can't hardly lift my arms straight out and up like combing my hair, Thanks for the video!!!!
Brian Carey for me. It effects certain muscles and causes imbalance. Say I’m doing bench press, my shoulder won’t allow me to get in the right position to execute the exercise right. Cause it to use more of my bicep in the left rather then using my chest. So now my bicep on my left is bigger than right. It’s more toned and it sucks cause my shoulder muscles aren’t as big as my right.

i used to do gymnastics about 4 years ago and so i went almost everyday. This one time i was jumping on the trampoline and bounced off but both my arms were on the on the trampoline but my body was under and ever since that day if i put my arm in a 90 degree angle and move it, there is a joint,? that pops out of place, this only happens in my right arm, if i put my arm above my head for to long it hurts a lot as well, or if i go on my knees and put my head to the floor, and put my arms above my head on the floor and pull back i can’t do that for a few seconds it hurts to bad idk what to fix it.
When I move my shoulder back and forth you can see like a ligament or tendon (i dont know the proper term) snapping on and off over my collarbone. It doesn’t hurt but it does feel weird. What would you call this?
I dont get it. My shoulder popping from bodybuilding originally came with pain in the shoulder and I had an MRI. The ortho suspected bicep tendonisis considering id feel cramping in my inner bicep and down the arm sometimes with vigorous activities. The MRI came back showing a partial full thickness tear in my superspanitus, but didnt mention see anything else. I opted to get stem cell therapy and my pain has gone completely away. But the popping and what feels like catching of the shoulder is still there at times or with certain movements. Im just wondering if this too will go away with time.

I had Rotator Cuff Shoulder surgery in January 2020 to repair 3 tears in my Suprasponatus ligament and bicep muscle retraction. I developed Adhesive Capsulitis when my Physiotherapy Clinic was closed to from mid February 2020 to mid June 2020. My shoulder was so stiff that any motion in the shoulder was painful, and affected other parts of my body like back and collar areas when actively moving my arm. I have been going to Physiotherapy for a year 1-3 times a week. PT has helped improve ROM, strength and pain management. It’s been a year and I’m about 80-85% in ROM, strength and pain management. I have developed a clicking when I rotate or raise & lower my arm during exercises. Sometimes there is a little pain sometimes there isn’t. Is there something I should be concerned about? Is it possible I tore another ligament?
