omg i am obsessed with Rachel, i have tried a few of her resipes. The everyday salsa and she is rite i now keep it in my refrigerator all the time i have two roomates i am making a fresh batch at least twice a week. i have thought about making a bigger batch but i want it to be as fresh as it can be. The enchillada sauce is also a winner. i have been doing my carnitas in the slow cooker but i am going to get brave and try here stove top method i use almost all the same ingrediants. I just have a hard time where i live getting the real cain sugar coke. Rachel if you read theese coments you are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!❤💯

Btw, there is no sugar in coke, it’s high fructose corn syrup. Have to buy the Mexican Coke for sugar. Corn syrup flavor changes when heated & becomes bitter.

Lard is healthier than vegetable oil. Negotiable oil has been processed so much for a long shelf life. It’s unhealthy to consume.
