[Statistics with R] 6 - Fligner-Killeen Test for Homogeneity of Variances

In this video, we want to know whether can the variances of 2 samples be assumed to be equal; and by extension, can be standard deviation of 2 samples be assumed to be equal. There are a number of statistical tests for this purpose and the test that we will be using in this video is Fligner-Killeen Test.
