    You effectively covered in half an hour what took my professor 2 weeks to do every year in his career. I don't know if it's your skill in teaching or if I could actually go my own pace, but thank you for this video.

      +The Skeptic The in-class lecture format is dead for the technical subjects: schools need to really the new learning environment that the internet presents.
      I can take my pick from a variety of videos online for any given topic, and I can go with whomever has a style that works for me. And I can re-watch it as many times as I need to: I don't have to worry about my attention drifting and getting lost in class / having the teacher back up to help me out.

    This is a golden boy.... he explains how to calculate this by hand without unnecessary information or jumping over steps. Watch at 1.5 speed and skip when necessary... zero chance of not understanding whats going on. Wish there were more tutorials of this kind!

    I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for teaching me in 20 minutes what my prof failed to teach in 6 weeks. You have a pace that lets me completely understand and not want to throw in the towel. Gave me a little for confidence for my exam tomorrow.

    Sir, Kindly note SSbetween =13.6-13.3 = 0.3 and not 0.23 I think that changed the whole value. The presentation was superb I understood how to calculate ANOVA. Thanks

      +boxero415 I noticed that too. Even 13.6-13.34 is .26. Not .23. But I don't need to know this problem specifically and this video helped me understand everything.

      It’s from a rounding error. If you take the exact form of SStotal (13.5556) minus the exact form of SSwithin (13.3334), there is a difference of 0.2222. Still some rounding error but hopefully that makes sense. He rounded both SStotal and SSwithin.

      He's doing using only 1 decimal place, it can be 13.56-13.33. he wrote it 13.6-13.3.
