40 വർഷം പഴക്കമുള്ള ചീനച്ചട്ടി കാണാൻ പറ്റി വളരെ നല്ല രീതിയിൽ തന്നെ അത് സൂക്ഷിച്ചു വയ്ക്കുകയും അത് കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്തതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെയാണ് ഇത്രയും കാലം അതിനകത്ത് അപ്പം ചുട്ടെടുക്കാൻ പറ്റുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നത്. അത് വളരെ നന്നായിട്ട് ശ്രദ്ധിച്ച് ഈ വീഡിയോയിൽ പറഞ്ഞ പോലെയുള്ള കാര്യങ്ങളൊക്കെ മെയിന്റയിൻ ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെയാണ് ഒരു കേടും ഇല്ലാതെ സൂക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്. പിന്നെ ആ ചീനച്ചട്ടിയിൽ ചുട്ടെടുത്ത അപ്പത്തിന്റെ കാര്യം പറയേണ്ടല്ലോ വളരെ പെർഫെക്റ്റ് ആയിട്ട് തന്നെ വളരെ നല്ല രീതിയിൽ തന്നെ ചെയ്തെടുത്തു നല്ലൊരു റെസിപ്പി ആയിരുന്നു ഇനിയും ഇതുപോലെയുള്ള നല്ല റെസിപ്പികൾ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
