    Cast iron is one of the healthy cookware because food cooked in cast iron have significant amount of iron in it which is a dietary iron good for our body. Also it is chemical free & have great durability if well seasoned. Continued cooking makes cast iron utensils naturally non-sticky. You can cook any variety of food like, dosa, curry, fish fry, chicken fry, appam, omelette, scrambled eggs etc. Once cooked wash cast iron utensil in diluted dishwasher liquid, dry it & apply oil then store to avoid rusting & before cooking wipe oil with tissue paper.
    In this video I have showed how to season new cast iron kadai in just few steps. Follow the same step and you are ready to cook in healthier way. Use this method in all type of cast iron cookwares.
    Always make sure the cast iron cookware should be cooled completely before washing.
