      Those who really want their promotions and salary increase don't focus on the speed of the video. Focus on the steps discussed in the video. Each step is important. Only if you want your income to grow. Not once by year after year. Because the tactics I share here I have used to increase my salary from X to 32X in span of 7 years. Every year one promotion. Every year some income change. Even in recession. So you decide whether you want a promotion then watch the entire video. Take notes. Repeat if required. But if you watch fast then I cannot help you. Best of luck with your appraisals.

    Hi Amit sir
    Good evening
    There is something like following the Trend like what the best of the best people do.I was following RavindrababuRavula sir from 2years .I'm a btech graduate 2020 sir.But fact of the matter is most of the IITians do bachelors n fly abroad to do masters (this is said by oneof the best trainer of Gre of conduira )
    So should I follow Ravi sir or the other sir!?
    I'm followinh your videos too sir
    You are saying like as long as you showcase skills your cpllege degree dont matter at all ..Now I'm feeling like Give my complete one yea for Gate sir cause I'm lIke Gate open me to many Opportunities to sit in many interviews.so will gap become a problem sir in reality .I'm hearing many people saying If there is a gap you are done in your carrer you are backward bla bla bla..
    Kindly suggest me keep me in a right way sir
    Thanking you

      You should prepare for GATE along with your Job. If you have completed your bachelor's unless you prepared for GATE before you completed your bachelor's and then immediately started your Master's Program sitting at home is certainly not good in the IT industry. The reason is that IT industry is moving very fast. What you have learned may become obsolete in 2 years time or 3 years' time. So the best way to be updated with IT industry is to be in the industry and do some work that will help you learn 10 times faster than any college. I cannot comment about students leaving for abroad after IIT because that is their personal choice. We are free people and we should have our own choice of studying what we want to study. Work where we want to work. And live where we want to live. Nobody else should be telling us to want to do. Saikumar, if you have confusion and want to remove that confusion then I can offer you a paid consultation of 1 hour - It is a commitment of Rs 495 on your part and 1 hour of personal time on my part to find a solution to your problem and guide your career in the right direction. If you are interested then you can connect with me on LinkedIn from the about page and we can take it from there.

    Sir 2019 k bad kis programming languages ka demand hoga three languages bataiye

    • @MusingsbyAmit
      @MusingsbyAmit  5 лет назад +2

      The one that you know very well. Even now some people program in C and C++. Even now.Net is used to build many software applications. So it hardly matters what programming language you know. What matters is, how good you are in the language you understand? It is just a tool in your hands. The tools is only as useful as the person using the tool. Hope this helps.

      At this point, Python is picking up. I am seeing a trend like Visual Basic in 1997. Any technology that can help in AI, ML and DataScience will be in demand for the next few decades.

    It is very nyc.
    Sir how to go forward after learning the basics of Python programming language...

    • @MusingsbyAmit
      @MusingsbyAmit  5 лет назад +5

      Programming language is a tool to build applications. You should find projects to build applications with the knowledge you have. If you are studying then ask your professors or seniors who have done projects using Python and do those projects by yourself. If you are already a graduate then find a job where you can do these projects. For more practice find books on Python where you can build a real world application step by step. You can use AWS Cloud or Google Cloud to build your applications. Start with simple apps then gradually you will learn to develop complex applications.

    what if low marks in btech(cse)?

    • @MusingsbyAmit
      @MusingsbyAmit  5 лет назад

      It depends on your skills. If your marks are less, but you focused your entire attention on some programming language and practiced hard. And become an expert in at least one programming stack like .net or LAMP or Java, etc. Then you don't have to worry. But if your marks are less and you did not learn at least one programming language well then it is a problem. It will be a difference between taking stairs vs. taking a lift. My suggestion is that you identify your interest first. Forget about salary and onsite and everything else. Once you find one interest then focus on learning as much as possible. So that you become an expert.

      I agree with you Amitava. Certainly in every company there are people with bias. They try to promote someone who is not capable. But such things last for a very short time. Either the person who is promoted leaves or the manager. Both of them may not get a chance at new place to do such a thing. In the video I am talking about things you can control. And you can only control the two things I have mentioned in my video. Hope this helps.

      But if A players resigned, they get retained at same package.
