Helicopter callout without an arrest or finding of missing persons results in uncomfortable conversations for police officers. If you’d of been naked & confused you’d have still been arrested for burglary
How peculiar, i was threatened by a known criminal the other week and reported it to the police, i was told they would be with me within a week. They didn't even bother turning up, turns out i should have just said there are two men taking a look at a roof they would have sent a full squad.
A little bit over the top with the Helicopter isnt it :') They obviously dont have enough to do, or are just ignoring the more pressing problems in the country and real crimes require real responses, effort and thinking.
Think that helicopter was actually diverted from their Twitter hate crime unit - no laughing matter...feelings have been hurt ;o)
It could have been that there are many Burglaries in this neighborhood, so they come with this Overkill. Maybe a politicans lives nearby?

It was a slow night and the police wanted to play with toys..
That is unlawful arrest, should have just detained you for questioning first and obviously you had nothing on you, and subsequently let you go. Should put in an official complaint, and you should get a large pay out. You have video evidence that shows you were immediately arrested which is wrong procedure.
The police were still nicer than the cops in USA. US police would have had their guns out .I was in a store when the cops stormed in with their guns, they didn't ask the shoppers, politely to leave. They began yelling " get out, come on get the f*** out " Little kids started crying. I never did find out what it was all about. I wish I could go back to UK. Thank you for the video and I'm sorry you went through a lot for it. x x

This is true. I had an unpaid parking ticket and arrested me. Treated my like a hard criminal. Guns and all. The woman cop was ten times harder on me. It was just an unpaid parking ticket Geeeezzzz
You can never get a copper to search for a bas&@(d who robbed the gaff next door, but they will throw all resources to investigate a so called burglary in an empty building that nobody wants.

My goodness I can't believe they arrested you both like that, I think it's awful they rolled up to one of you're houses at 4:30 in the morning to search it and I think they should have payed for the damage to your car if I were you 2 I would be writing to the police commissioner with evidence for the damage caused and inconvenience caused I hope you're both ok 👍

You should cross paths with the RUclipsr Civil Disobedience as he's been at war with Hampshire old bill for years... winning it too. I was going to say to check your motor, I remember years ago Cheshire police who had towed my Avenger had drilled a small hole in the oil filter and the poor thing lasted from Congleton to Liverpool where the engine exploded. Really cheesed me off as I only had the oil done previous to driving up to Liverpool from London. I was well green and didn't even catch on when they were "drive safe" and sniggering a lot.

They’re taking advice from the heli crew. They’re telling them where you are, how many, if you’re armed etc…
When you hear a heli or see one on flight radar, BOUNCE - FAST and hide.
4x Aluminium foil space blankets taped together, sprayed black… they won’t see heat signatures on their IR / FLIR camera
The police won’t go onto the roof or pursue you without instruction from an on-site heli

Ooof that was a cool start to an explore, rather interesting building, very bunker like. I wonder if there is a basement shelter? Rough end and bad night in jail. Lesson learned, in the UK give them plenty to write down, then maybe they'll decide you're not worth the ink and send you on your way... I still think, as quickly as they got the cars, Angel, search warrants, and completed the search. They were tracking you guys well beforehand, maybe as an exercise of their response to threats via CCTV and registration readers. They probably knew you weren't doing much but urbexing. I'd have a talk with a lawyer regarding the events and see if you have a case regarding your treatment, since there were no charges. Maybe not worth the money, unless some would take it on contingency.

did that to me once i got locked up and find for going equipped when i was in my 20s there driven me to a police station in the middle of no were to place I dont even no and let me go i had no cash or mobile at the time so had to walk home from a place I did not know were the hell it was lol spent all night walking around lost lucky some one I know seen me otherwise I would of never got home.
They do that deliberately to inconvenience you. It happened to me also.i ended up reversing the charges on the telephone as I didn't know where I was and how to get home. Parents to the rescue at 4.00am. No mobile phones then. Lol
They should be charged for stealing and damaging your cars and aggravated kidnapping and domestic terrorism breaking and entering your residences armed robbery of your property from your residences and sent to prison for life without the possibility of parole and their department stripped of all assets and authority

When I got accused off something which in the morning I got realised but don’t drive where they took me was 6 miles from home and they dropped me back home also a friend of nine got accused of drink driving when he never took him too police station he blew negative and they drove him back too his car

In USA you can't ( should not be charged, my statement ) be charged with burglary unless breaking and entering of the dwelling of another at night with an intent to commit a felony therein. It is an offense against possession and habitation. You did not intend to commit a Felony ... Laws must be different in your country. Hope the best for you. Thanks for your videos...

got arrested a long time ago at west park asylum (Epsom) and got taken to Stains police station spent the whole night got released the next morning no charges and had to get back to Epsom.

I'm.glad the police know how to spend their overstreched resources...not! Perfect example of police wasting police time. Judging by the lack of questioning I'm not even sure they were actually doing any police work. Maybe raiding the homes of proper criminals would be time well spent because things like this just makes them look silly.
