What are your thoughts on the Trinity area? I don’t hear you talk about that area much but it seems like there’s a good amount of shopping and restaurants around and I heard they’re building a walkable town center, and it’s close to the beach with good schools and nature trails. Seems like a pretty desirable area!
Yeah my dad lived on 14 acres in dade city while my mom lived in the city so as a child i had the best of both worlds… a little country with horses and boating and beaches in the city. Funny thing is my dads restaurant is in ybor so he just made the commute bc he liked the land.
@@TampaFloridaLiving I need some acreage. Coming from the NE, we had 1 and on another home, 8 acres between two of our properties. So we are used to privacy!
I haven’t done one recently but you can use one of my websites to search for new 55+ community specifically. You can also email my team if you need more guidance at info@themorejongroup.com. Website: www.NewConstructionHomesinTampa.com
Hi, Adam! My boyfriend and I are moving to Tampa from Las Vegas in about 1 month. We can't afford a home at the time being, but are looking for a good 1 bedroom apartment for $1600 a month or less in a good area, but we don't really know what areas in the city are safe and good for location. My partner will be working in the Temple Terrace area, but as long as we are about 20 minutes away works alright. Current top pick for a place is The Lodge at Hidden River in the Northeast, but it's away from everything in the city. Any advice would really help us.
Hey thanks for reaching out! Shoot me an email or text me and we can jump on a call if it helps. I can discuss areas etc with you, but we dont work with rentals so im not much help on specific apartments etc
I wish these videos didn’t heavily cater to families/people with children who have to care about school ratings and who like cookie cutter neighborhoods. What about the young professionals with no kids? You should consider you those people as well and where they might want to live when making these videos.
I would LOVE a video for DINKs!!! My partner and I are considering moving to Tampa, but we are not really interested in schools, etc, since we do not plan to have children.
You took the words out of my mouth. The areas near downtown still need a lot of work though, East tampa and ybor are sketchy in most parts. Seminole heights would be a decent option
@@BuddhismHotlineTV Agreed. I’m from Tampa and moved away for school. When I came back and saw how popular Seminole Heights has become, I was shocked. Growing up, Seminole Heights was not an area people wanted to be in. So I spent the last few years learning which pockets of the heights I liked, and thankfully I finally found a place in Old Seminole Heights.

Wow! Thanks for the compliment! I do my best to be a useful resource. And yes, one day we would be happy to help you find your dream home.
Love your detailed videos. I'm in Fort Myers looking to possibly relocate to the Tampa area because I'm looking for more diversity.
Thank you so much. Please send our team an email and we would love to help info@themorejongroup.com.
Autumn Woods in Palm harbor. Custom built houses, great schools and family friendly neighborhood.

Yeah its def coming along nicely. Its a good area. Odessa always took its spotlight but trinity has been building steam over the last handful of years

What about Apollo Beach?
Great area for boating and waterset is a great community by newland homes if you like new construction
Is it worth living in that area or is it a dump?
