I was struggling recently to find decent apartments in tampa downtown. Could you please recommend the more affordable ones in the downtown?

i like downtown Tampa bay. very easy navigation. thanks for the video. Bayshore is my Favorite area though. although around the convention center and water street are very nice too. kind of like Manhattan New York but without the noise and insane traffic. Davis island is Beautiful any time of year as well. we did have to move to Brandon eventually because of the development. but we are not very far away. working out of downtown is still easy to get to with a 8 minute drive. thank you for the very well made video.

I work at Microsoft and I moved from downtown Orlando to downtown Tampa / Harbour Island a few months ago and I like it so far. When I found out Bill Gates is behind a lot of the development, that made it even better. Hopefully we'll see a Microosft office in downtown / Channelseide district soon :) .

Good to hear about the car too! That’s exactly what I’m looking for! Because locals aren’t at the beach every weekend.. so getting an Uber once every month isn’t insane cost..

Way cheaper than owing a car if it's only going to be a few times a month.

It’s nice to hear a resident talk about a city valuing its working professionals for real.. like it’s about the work for real and not office drama and politics.. you’d be surprised how “professional” places are just masquerading as frauds and act insane fools on the down low.. and don’t you dare try to call them out.. can’t have that.. I do love Tampa DT though.. so nice.. the vibe there is super cool as well.. so nice and laid back..

Let's not forget those high HOA fees added on to your mortgage. Plus insurance on these buildings is going through the roof. A SFH in a non flood zone is the way to go.

True, but it all depends on what you can afford, like anywhere else.

Non-Flood is definitely the way to go.

Juan would you do a video on the Port Richey area? The prices seem to good to be true to be so close to the coast. If accurate the schools seem terrible

I'm new to the Tampa area. As someone who is not familiar with any of these places, it would be great if you showed the map location of all the spots you mentioned.

No. They are all in Johnson County, Kansas. It is a very nice (middle/upper middle/upper class) area suddenly full of mosques.

@@purplesprigs Poor Kansas. I've heard that China is buying up a lot of farm land in that part of the country also.

Downtown Tampa has a wonky layout and is overrated, Water st is overrated, Sparkman warf overrated, St pete much better layout easy to navigate, from central ave to beach dr so much to do in a walkable area
