I am a true Floridian. I live about 2 hours away and need a change I was planning to move there in 2023 but definitely will be there in 2024 God will. I love the Tampa area it has so much to do with nice people. Jobs. And it's a beautiful place, especially for raising kids. I've been doing my research for about 2 years now it's not a boring place. 2024 it will be a place call HOME for me, Thanks for sharing 🥰😁

The entire Tampa Bay area is wonderful and even though everyone will defend their city or town and at the end of the day all of the fun and amenities each of the three cities offer are within a 30-45 min drive..this is just an amazing area to be in…having said this all three have their pros and cons and it comes down to personal preference …but in my opinion St. Pete blows the other two out of the water Clearwater is just the beach and Tampa up until a few years ago was just dull it is up and coming with the additions of Sparkman wharf, Water St and Armature Works, but everything still spread out unless you live downtown you still have to drive to get there and if you are lucky to find parking then you’ll be paying at least 30$ and no beach, the majority people will agree that St Pete is the true jewel of Tampa Bay and no is not only because of its amazing world class beaches, the mix between density and historical neighborhoods, bikability, walkability, the vibe, the food, professional Baseball, soccer and motorsport walking distance from each other, the world class museums, comparably little traffic or congestion and a long etc… if you live anywhere in St Pete you are less than a 20 min drive from anything you need, education, hospitals, entertainment, airports, pro sports, beaches, lakes, soo many parks, that many situatioms you can walk/bike to using the pinellas trail or safe bike lanes, also it is always growing, new and different options coming up all the time, but charm and density stays since it is on a peninsula, now there is the rapid transit system that takes you from downtown to the beach quick and easy and also the cross-bay ferry to downtown Tampa, the new pier which everyone loves…anyways I can continue all night but yeah St Pete tops the list

I understand you're a realtor who's trying to get more clients, but how about taking about some of the negatives of living in Tampa? It's really hard to get a true picture of day to day life when you're only bragging about the weather and water activities. This video is called EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW, so I think people need to know about the downsides as well.

We are considering moving down to Tampa area but when came down there in December and looked at a few surrounding areas saw lots of industrial and business locations near homes and wondering if we just didn’t look in the right places… been a few months now and we got a bit confused I guess to say the least
The realtor we are working with now is not very communicative and definitely not helpful with this decision making
