I think one of the most difficult things is do not rush and relaxing enjoying and being present to the practice 😌🪷 beautifully explained 🥰 thanks Kseny 🦋🌿

I have watched more then a few of these instructional videos for the tia chi walk and must say there is soooo much talk to try to wait for the next move and watching first, allows me to forget to proceed after. Just a constructive criticism, from my experience. I love Tai Chi❤

I'm so excited by this video! I've had so much trouble with the 16-form Tai Chi because I have skeletal alignment issues that were aggravated by the walking movement. I always suspected I was doing something wrong, and I'm pretty sure that with your instruction, I can keep by spinal/pelvic alignment stable when placing my heel! I'm going to practice this until I really know it well, and then try the 16-form again. Yay! Thanks so much!

Each teacher has something new to add to a training. I have watched other videos and yours is quite helpful. Also the garden is so attractive! all the green grass! We have snow.

This was great fun! We do Tai chi walking in our YMCA a classes but I can see many benefits to practice more often. Perhaps as a walking meditation in my back yard. 💚💚💚

Hi Michele, when in doubt, you can check with your doctor first. However, with the proper technique and appropriate hight (for you) it can be very beneficial for the knee joints.
