      @@dhana.0003 I have tried to dry them on a towel and store. But being gluten free they have to be handled delicately.

    I have a few questions to ask:
    1.What is shelf life of this and how to store it for a month or so?
    2. Can i use a millet flour instead, how to bind it?

      Hi, for storing it, you may sun dry or dry in room temperature till it dries and then store in fridge

    Why oil, can it be left out, I use red lentiles for good health and it kills it when oil is used?

    If I want healthy pasta why include tapioca flour? Just 100 grams red lentil flour ( I used the coffee grinder to made the flour) plus 1 egg and one tablespoon olive oil

      Thanks for your suggestion. I don't consume egg hence needed a binding agent and added tapioca.
