Why is it the song, "I can feel Him in the morning," isn't talked about? I was a knuckle-headed, pot-smoking, lost little boy, and yet that one single song truly resonated within me. I found myself thinking about life, about "Heaven," about...GOD. And it Stayed with me right up to the day when I dropped to my knees and Cried out to HIM! Thank you, Mark, for giving us a Kick- Start.

I was a year behind you in 69, my older brother would play GFR in our room, I lost him 2 years ago to cancer and every time I hear a GFR song I think him and about those great times
A true rock legend... A man's man who got screwed over so bad by that slug don and mel let it happen. I believe it's Mark's believing in Jesus and his Cherokee Indian heritage that made him the man he is today. From a true dihard fan I wish Mark's continued success and health. God Bless you Mark!!!

All I can say Mark along time ago God put me on his hit list groups like the osmonds,partridge family, paperlace, ccr and i moved to hevy metal in my teenage years! Those teenage years just totally sucked! I was almost ready to totally quit playing guitar! Then my one school teacher brought in gfr caught in the act and I thought WOW! YOU HAVE BEEN ON OF MY FAVORITES SINCE THEN!
That was back when they were musicians and not wannabe politicians! LOL! Those were the good old days, when they made music for everyone. Now they are perpetuating sociopolitical division. It truly is a shame that they couldn't be happy with being rock stars!

They say "never meet your idols". Although he is certainly not my idol, Mr. Farner was less than kind or receptive upon meeting him, AND my kid was friends with his kid. I can't imagine why he is a solo "artist" now... BTW, what's a huckabee?
Yeah I guess he doesn't follow the party all that closely and doesn't see that the party has changed to the party of anti environment and anti science plus truth doesn't matter anymore.
Mark is such a great guy. Grand Funk is not Grand Funk without him. So wonderful how he supports our Veterans.
