Just sold my hse 110 with 16000 miles on the clock mad a killing so just went for the hse p400e with every extra including the v8 paint .just got to wait 9 months
Could be wrong, but I believe its due to brake size. For the Defender, Different engines come with different caliper sizes. The p400 and p525 get the larger brakes and I think if you tick the top speed option for the v8 you get their absolute largest brakes possible-Which do not fit 20s and under. I think with the p400 its possible to size down to 18", its definitely possible on the d240-p300.
This salesman from Saxton 4x4 is a dog! He lies and is very abusive to customers once they have paid their deposit! Never use! I wish I checked the reviews on Saxton 4x4 before my purchase
I am not hating, but what’s the real purpose of a defender? It’s not a street racer because there are lot meaner cars out there. I want to see the suspension and off-roading capabilities of this beautiful machine. Let’s get it dirty.
I like the car the noise is amazing but a contender for the G63 AMG or SVR I don't see it I think Urban could have done way more with the defender starting with the interior body kit the alloys are nice but aren't aggressive enough. I would feel disappointed if I bought one especially when it come to attention to detail.

I want one. Up there with GT3 touring, 812 GTS for desirability. One of the few new (in production) vehicles still worth buying.
