You guys wanted more, so here's another "Ghost of Kyiv Tribute Mix"! Not as great as the last one, but I made it work.
Even if this is just an urban myth, the people of Ukraine need hope and support. Below is a link for the Ukraine Crisis Fund. Myth, or real, the Ghost Of Kyiv is real to me, not only in my heart and in those of many, but he is also real to me in the actual world, fighting the Russians in Ukraine's airspace.

-starts with a sudden attack : check
-early on allied forces lose territory only to reclaim it afterwards:
-will end with liberation of captured territory and no counterinvasion
-can add final mission where you stop Russian nuclear launch.

Even if the Ghost of Kyiv we're not to be true in reality, I'm still happy that he exists to represent the Brave Ukrainian's that flew and fought against a marginally way more Superior World power.
His story stole the "glory" of the Ukranian SAM crews. Those are the real unsung "heroes" .

I was looking at the comments and saw that you will attempt First Flight. Good choice. But if after that you make another one-which you probably will-try dual mixing Dual Wielder.
But make sure the original mix is slightly more powerful that the metal remix. The violin at the 50 second mark of the song really gets me.
Once I buy Ace Combat 7, I get the SU-27, and finally download a mod for Ukrainian decal. I will play AC7 as the Ghost of Kyiv.

I understand how Russia is butthurt over that. They got screwed over and may lose territory of Russia itself to Ukraine. After all, Russia will be so thoroughly beaten, it will not be able to muster much trade to pay any of its upcoming bills.
