Say what you will about Ace Combat 6 but you can't deny that the soundtrack went HARD. This mix meanwhile does all the Meth and Coke it can, 'roids itself up, and then just full sends it on a completely different level.
ACE 6 also has the most realistic timeline of events out of all the games in the series. A military campaign lasting months, vs the compressed timeline seen in many of the other games.
@@Dumbrarere Yeap, the the dialogue/cutscenes may be full cringe, but in terms of timeline, the missions and the soundtrack it was really entertaining experience. I played through the campaing numerous times to get all the achievements and didnt feel one bit bored of replaying the same missions. I wish the game was remastered/re-released to all modern platforms, but that unfortunately seems very unlikely.
Ace Combat 6 was my introduction to the series at the age of 5, to this day it remains my favorite, and this ost will always be my favorite track in the series. Its not profound like Megalith Angus Dei, overtly heroic like Unsung War, or bittersweet like ZERO. It's just a damn good track that embodies the kickass action of being a fighter pilot fighting alongside your brothers and sisters in arms retaking your homeland, which in this day and age resonates very strongly with what is going on in the world.
I love Liberation of Gracemaria. It's such an iconic theme that truly symbolizes hope even in the darkest times. I don't think I could ever get used to how amazing it is. Good job. *That's another for my Aces of Aces playlist!*
We need a PC port/remaster of 4,5,6 etc on PC/Modern Consoles, like a new Infinity project. So many people got into 7, which is great and i can't wait to see where 8 goes, but so much absolute gold moments in Strangereal were only caught by the XBOX360 and PS2/3 crowds in the older titles, and i think they deserve a revival. AC6 was my personal intro. 4:07 is the part i judge every cover and remix of Liberation of Gracemeria. This NAILS the feel. It's gotta be clean and sharp. 10/10. Hearing the OST is great, but experiancing them in context of the games really gives the emotional hook imo. #DanceWithTheAngels
"This is Crow01, leader of the Crow Squadron. This operation is gonna cut short many lives. I have no delusions of this being our last war, but there is one thing I need to tell you: if you made it to this point, you can consider yourself an ace. We're not leaving a single man behind, friendly or not. Let's protect those places that defined us and whatever your beliefs are, dying is forbidden! Crow Squadron! ENGAGE!"
Tried that, but Vincent's metal guitar solo kept drowning out the trumpets from The Tiberian Son's cover, no matter which volume level I put it at. So, I just left it out of that part completely.

Hot take: "Dance with the Angels" kinda slaps.

We definitely need Zero, 4, 5 and 6 port/remaster on PC, emulating 6 isnt a good option for my potato Laptop
Above all Liberation of Gracemeria mixes. This might be my favorite one.
Another great job as always bro!
Gotta try and do a mashup of liberation of gracemeria and daredevil

epic mix 👍
This is why internet was created
Yo! GR8
Why have one Gracemeria metal mix or the other when you can have both at the same time?

You there?
Lol now Pasternak gotta die again.
