- We started at Two Lakes Trailhead and did an 11.5 mile loop counterclockwise. On our day hike, we hit Indian Lake first and then Celina Lake. The entire trail is about 16 miles if you count the connector trails. The Indian-Celina Lakes Recreation Area in Southern Indiana also offers camping, boating, backcountry camping, canoeing, and fishing.

The water sources probably aren't flowing as much but you've always got the lakes. Seems like a good place for an overnight.

2 great vids in a week 👍 The shot up into the stand of pines with the audio was nice. I hike Sand Ridge State Park here in Illinois when it's open and I often take breaks in the pine stands and just listen to the wind and trees talk. Miss it. Thanks for the vids 😎
last time i was on this trail was like 4 years ago. i did it as an overnighter and woke up in the morning and a massive spider had decided to spin a nest of eggs on my shelter door. let me tell ya, getting them off was not a fun time. i'm still haunted by it
Sounds like that spider wanted you to stay...FOREVER.
And this is why I only camp in the winter lol.

Not sure. I would call their office or check the DNR website. Backcountry camping is probably open.
What is your favorite trail at the Hoosier National Forest? I am planning to go hiking there soon, but can’t decide a trail.
Two Lakes was one of our favorites especially if you're looking to backpack and camp.
