Before RUclips, I traveled all around the country racing as a professional cyclist - this experience has informed a lot of what I eat. Special thanks to my nutritionist Brandon Peters from Film Fit!

I'm sure if we all looked like Michelle and had similar height we'd wear the same. I'm a short girl (4'11" and I'm 23y/o) and normal people sized crop tops are almost shirts for me that just rise alittle like an inch above the pants line.
Video idea: I train like a proffessional swimmer for 6 weeks Swimmers please make this grey button blue. That would seriously help to represent the swimming community and prove those who think that swimming is "easy or not a real sport" wrong. I really hope you see this Michelle❤

Tip: cut your chicken breast in half to make it thinner. This will cut down the cooking time and also keep it more moist as you don't have to cook it as long :)
@@kimbrolyy I guess so xD? They come in cardboard milk carton looking things. I assume the yolks get used in other products (bakery, maybe dog food), so it's probably much less wasteful to only buy the whites. Some people actually have digestive trouble with the yolks, so it's a nice option!
She said in the video that she usually only buys egg whites in a carton but the store she went to this time didn't have them so she had to buy regular eggs. We have that in Canada and the US. Not sure if they exist in other countries, though.

@@neko_doll5122 I didn't think they were that tasty when I first tried them, but they are certainly drinkable without hating the taste. I tried the vanilla and the chocolate flavours. Took a couple of weeks, but I got used to them and they're pretty good now, but they're nowhere near as tasty as a real chocolate shake to me. I would say they are really tasty for something that isn't really designed to taste incredible.
Same. I do low carb and they are super low carb and delicious. I prefer the vanilla, it's perfect. My husband doesn't do low carb and he like cocoa flavored soylent, so when we want a quick dinner, we each have our shakes.
could you do an “I trained like Rocky Balboa” video (or Sylvester Stallone) or do a series where you train like a variety of professional athletes “I trained like a hockey player, football player, baseball player,” (etc.) love watching all your fitness videos and I love the concept of workout videos through the decades
I usually see athletes or people in the fitness community consuming a lot more carbs than you, and they don't necessarily train for as long as you do. I know one type of diet doesn't work for everyone, but I'm wondering what your rationale is for eating fewer carbs than the others. I love the science of nutrition so I'd love to hear more from your nutritionist please!

Lunar cilantro isn’t the same as coriander - and I am very very thankful for that - I have that gene as well 😅 coriander is pure soap! At least ist Europe that are two different plants, not sure with America and the wording tho 🤷🏻♀️
@Alice Renée Olsen Right? The Dutch word for it is Koriander which is basically the same but according to Google we got the word from the Greek koriannon (but it's also the same in Latin so no one really knows where we stole it from)

I guess the gist of the matter is, in Germany I learned that you can call another herb (Petersilie, wich is quite jummy and wich you will know as parsley) also coriander. But maybe it´s a german problem, that we mix the wording for parsley, coriander and cilantro (wich is often the case when you watch english cooking videos with translation on) Coriander means here indian oder japanese parsley... :)

I had my jaw surgery and I was on a liquid diet for 6 weeks.... let me tell you I drank premier protein for those 6 weeks I’ll never look at another one of those things again 😂😂😂

Might be good from a workout/athlete-perspective, is not as good from a cooking point of view. Also: that seems to be a rather small amount of food, when put in relation with multiple hour long workouts a day.
yes the fire fighter training would be really cool to watch. There are a lot of volunteer fire fighter programs that would probably let her train with them. Especially if she films the process. They can use it to recruit newer volunteers.

As someone who recently had to start the AIP diet I really appreciate seeing what you eat. Can't translate it all to AIP, but it gave me ideas for what I can make!
I loved this video! No fancy smanchy 100 step recipes, just colourful, easy and tasty ones! (it did surprise me how much meat you eat in a day, luckily I can replace it easily for my own use)

Just a little tip - when roasting the mushrooms, do not add salt in the beginning (it will make them lose their water), than they'll brown without getting chewy, you can still add the salt later with the other vegetables.
I love the recipe to the grilled chicken with zoodles , such a great alternative for pasta and truly my favorite . I've made an alternate to fettuccine Alfredo with zoodles with baby bella mushrooms it was super good , thank you for your recipes and meals that you shared you really are a great cook .
Wow, that is a huge amount of meat everyday. Do you think about switching to a couple of plant based protein sources sometimes? (just curious, don't come at me vegan-haters)
Fun fact: nuun tablets (and other electrolyte replacement options) are quite helpful for people with hypotension/hypovolemia, and certain autonomic nervous system issues (particularly POTS). Straight up water hydration can be less effective for these people because it's further diluting the electrolytes in their blood, which is often the issue. I don't like them as much as Michelle, so usually mix them with some type of flavored unsweetened sparkling water.
Premier protein is actually really great, my dance partner has a lot of trouble feeling hungry but he knows he needs to eat to maintain/get stronger, so he has one of them a day with his lunch to help him out.

Hey michelle! If you’re trying to cut down on plastics by buying eggwhites in cardbord boxes, it doesn’t really have use. All cardboard boxes with liquid in them need to have a thin layer of plastic on the inside, or else it’ll leak through. So there’s still plastic

Aaiish yes I lost 15 lbs, i would put scoops of peanut butter and real fruit mixed with the protein shakes to try and keep my weight up lol

I love the recipe to the grilled chicken with zoodles , such a great alternative for pasta and truly my favorite . I've made an alternate to fettuccine Alfredo with zoodles with baby bella mushrooms it was super good , thank you for your recipes and meals that you shared you really are a great cook .

Fun fact: nuun tablets (and other electrolyte replacement options) are quite helpful for people with hypotension/hypovolemia, and certain autonomic nervous system issues (particularly POTS). Straight up water hydration can be less effective for these people because it's further diluting the electrolytes in their blood, which is often the issue. I don't like them as much as Michelle, so usually mix them with some type of flavored unsweetened sparkling water.

Premier protein is actually really great, my dance partner has a lot of trouble feeling hungry but he knows he needs to eat to maintain/get stronger, so he has one of them a day with his lunch to help him out.

Hey michelle! If you’re trying to cut down on plastics by buying eggwhites in cardbord boxes, it doesn’t really have use. All cardboard boxes with liquid in them need to have a thin layer of plastic on the inside, or else it’ll leak through. So there’s still plastic
