  • Hi! I made TAKOYAKI today.(*^▽^*)
Originally, it is made by frying pan with holes for takoyaki, but I will introduce how to make it with a normal frying pan at home.It is very delicious to add ham, cheese, chicken, corn, shrimp, etc. instead of octopus. must try it!!
Home style Takoyaki by frying pan

    water 0.4cup (100ml)
    cube cut Octopus 6pcs (3g x 6pcs)
    chopped green onion 2tbsp (20g)
    salt 1pnch (1g)
    sugar 1pnch (1g)
    dashi powder 1pnch(option)
    cooking oil 1tbsp (15g)
    (topping)
    takoyaki sauce 1tbsp
    mayonnaise 1tbsp
    green nori powdee 1pnch (option)
    (tonkatsu sauce)
    ketchup 120g
    soy sauce 30g

Takoyaki is my favorite food, and ever since I moved to Japan, I've been eyeing the takoyaki pans at my local appliance store (there's an entire section dedicated to just takoyaki accoutrements). I'll have to try this hack out!

Chef what will happen if I put more than tsp. Of dashi powder?

    • @simplejapanesefood
      @simplejapanesefood  Год назад

You can put more dashi powder for additional taste. But its not recommended to put many coz of taste becomes salty.
