That was a very inspiring start! I could feel how much Jaws positively impacted you life!
    Jaws: Art
Jaws 2: Great fun and best soundtrack
Jaws 3: So bad it's good. Rewatch factor still.
Jaws 4: Worst than bad. Dull, stupid, terrible. No re watch factor at all.

I was a kid when I watched all the Jaws films too.
Jaws 3 scared the hell out of me because it was the biggest.
FitzRoyce gets crushed alive in the shark's mouth, you can also notice his rebreather comes off, so he's drowning too.
He's literally being shaken frantically, which is why he couldn't pull the pin, and eventually the pressure from the jaws crushes him.
    It's terrifying.

After way to much looking up on my part what I found out was that apparently the shark from Jaws 2 (Brucette)is the mate of the shark from the first movie (Bruce) who was pregnant by the events of the second film(will go back to that in a little) and the shark from 3 (Brucetta) is the daughter of the shark from 4(Vengeance and yes that's its name) who himself was the son of the Jaws 1 and 2 shark who mutated inside his mother when she got shocked and later ate his siblings and then ate his way out of his mother.oh and the shark from Jaws unleashed (who's name is actually Jaws) is also the brother of the shark from 3.I know this is probably not true but still thought I should put the comment.another oh just started watching the channel. Love it!

You and I may as well be brothers (much older in my case) with our love and memories of Jaws. If your curious, I saw this movie in '75 with my parents at 10 years old. I had to sit a few rows in front of them because of the sold-out crowd ( I still remember the bald man who sat next to me. He had no patience for a scared-as-shit kid). Anyway, 2 hours and 10 minutes later, I was a changed little boy. That night I had nightmares where the shark was swimming outside my curtains so, of course, I slept on my parent's floor for the next 2 or 3 nights.
Like you, I could not go in any water (although bathtubs were ok☺). We would go to a lake in the mountains annually but did I swim or go sailing? Oh, hell no! Also, like you, I cannot go in a lake even today without hearing that damn music and having a slight panic attack. My bro-in-law is a diver. He wants me to go shark diving with him someday, Ummm........

One hell of a lame ending? Imagine, the Orca has sunk. Brody has fired off all his bullets. He is now treading water as the shark barrels towards him, full speed and furious from its injuries. Bobbing in his life vest he closes his eyes and prepares to die the same way he just saw Quint. The John Williams score ratchets up, we see the shark raise up out of the water and it... bumps into him. Then upturns onto its belly and floats there for a moment before sinking. To me, that is better than any proto-Michael Bay explosion.

What happened to Judith has nothing to do with Jaws 4. She wasn't the reason the movie was ass, it's perfectly fine to hate the movie and not disrespect her legacy.

Jaws 4 is legitimately one of the very worst movies ever made. It’s simply horrible.

Amazing reviews as always bro watching jaws for the first time was in 1996 when i was about 5 😂terrible decision the fear of open water still runs deep to this day lool but what I will say is jaws 1 is still to this day one of the best movies ever made and jaws 2 is a brilliant sequel which for the better part alot of movies fail to do but 3 and 4 are both terrible and dog shite but my question to you is other than deep blue sea . The reef . Open water . Possibly the shallows or the meg which were ok movies id rather see the 150 thousand pound shark they used in the first film why cant anyone nowadays see that practical effects are what makes the charm and holds up there's so many movies that i absolute love that were made in either the 70s 80s and 90s which look a million times better than the shit were served today theres too much cgi

Jaws is one of the 10 best films ever, the sequels are unwatchable filth.

Jaws 3 takes itself too seriously and fails bad. Jaws the Revenge knows what it is and goes for it, really goes for it....it fails spectacularly.

I love Jaws 2, never got all the hate for it, it's a cool sequel and has the look and feel of the first film, if not quite as impactful, it's still a good film. Jaws 3, I loathe, I hated it as a kid and I still hate it to this day, by far the worst of the series for me, Jaws 4, Hmmm? I loved this as a kid, a bit like you and I watched it several times and always enjoyed it but i did give it a re-watch a few years back and absolutely hated it, it's awful lol But it's not as awful as Jaws 3, Christ, Michael Caine and Mario Van Peebles make this better than the 3rd one on their own. I think part 4 would have been a better film (If a massive departure) if they'd just have gone with the whole Voodoo revenge thing, at least it would have made more sense than a random psychic shark that can swim half way around the world in a few hours, just because.
