Hi everyone!
I wanted to try another swipe using the Dutch pour paints - clearly that did not work for me so I went back to the SheleeArt recipe. I am glad I did because I am loving the outcome.

watching this video on 24th January 2021 and I had to have a laugh to myself. You were amazed that it is warm in your town at 7 degrees C. I live in South Australia and today it reached 41 degrees C. From one extreme to the other. I do love your work. Keep the videos coming

That’s so beautiful!! I love it. ~ I bought a bunch of cheap shop towels at Costco (you can find them all over) and keep a few dry ones and a damp one nearby (sometimes I even tuck one into my “paintpron” - painting apron ties). Absorbs so much better than paper towels and the paint (but not always the color) washes out well . Towels get soft again and are ready for another round of mixing and pouring. Might even save a tree if I do this long enough! 😄. Thanks for sharing your wonderful art!

Love t , it looks like crashing waves and sunset great job Kanella and god yes the house paint is messy I took a foil bake tray larger that working area and it worked out fantastic. All the drips went in foil tray and all that was messy was my hands !!! Lifted the tray with napkins over paint bucket wipe paint out and I can reuse foil pan ! Idea!!!!

i moved from Brisbane (Aust) to rural Queensland, and in the first 12 months we experienced from -12C to +50C. so the move was insulate our ceiling and air conditioning. also during the Autumn, we gathered wood for the wood heater fire place. such fun

Use napkins fir swiping. Just wet the end you put on the swiping colour. Works like a charm.

It may not be exactly what you wanted but it sure came out great. I think you needed a second line of cell activator. Love the crashing wave.

I see many painters tilt a swipe. I rather like them tilted because I don't care for the straight line of a swipe. I'm not to enamored with swipes to be truthful but I think this one turned out beautifully!
